Ordered for next day delivery and DPD did their usual trick of losing big boxes. The customer service was a little lacking, advised me to wait until their investigation with DPD was complete. No promised updated emails. Got there in the end with a replacement sent out.

Friendly driver and communication was very good. Arrived on time but not really the Rockstar movers as advertised. Moving a heavy 3 and 2 seat sofa there were no moving aids (trollies etc) that you would expect from an experienced moving company. I assisted and we completed the task quite quickly but some experience of moving furniture would help. Good value process.

There are limitations on what you can do on the app and the website. You cannot cancel changes and revert to the existing plan. You have to adopt the new plan for a month before you can change back. Additional mobile data is extremely expensive.

Customer service is very lacking. My first order was lost. It happens. However, I had to let them know that it was lost and there was no priority given to the replacement. I would have expected this to have sent via priority shipping. Lots of apologies but still waiting. I have enquired three times on the expected delivery date for the replacement and have been given three different dates!! Not convinced it will arrive so from my one and only experience of Laura Geller my advice would be avoid if you rely on their postal service.

There was a missed communication between shop, online service and customer that resulted in missing items, missing refund and misleading information. Possibly a one off but still a bad experience. Not great and not what you expect from Next. Probably the worst part of this would be the information from the online side of things, misleading , wrong and didn't do what they said they would do.

A great day out that will take you into places that you never would see. Sometimes the trails are a little out of date or the clues are inaccessible.

Great price and first class delivery. I wish all companies would perform the same.

It seems that this company has great reviews for buyers but poor reviews for sellers. I fall into the selling category and have been hit by the same selling experience of many others. Advice - do not believe the initial quoted price, do not believe the fast payment marketing, expect to haggle for a reasonable value and prepare to make do with a lower offer. In hindsight I would not use this company and will not use again. Note to UR , pay what you owe me for my phone. As a reminder it is £90. If you are still unwilling to pay, return the phone.

Excellent service, quick delivery. Even the great touches on the website to size up on a particular shoe type was spot on.

No option for zero stars. Still waiting for delivery by Yodel (never had anything delivered on time by them). Customer service have no direct contact with delivery agents so cannot help. Not great, shop elsewhere if you want things.

Excellent service, great communication and quick payment. I would definitely recommend considering when recycling your phone.

Bike price reduced the day after I purchased. No response to my enquiries. Damage to bar tape on arrival. On the plus side it did arrive quickly.

Trustpilot gives the customer the opportunity to review companies and their experience, good or bad. Hopefully this will influence companies to improve or retain good service.

10% discount offered for first use of App. Items order but later found out (after a lot of chasing) the items were out of stock. Got a refund and assured the 10% discount would work next time but also a note was left on my file to inform customer service of this. Next order, no 10% discount and no note on file. Therefore no discount for first use of app. I will shop elsewhere.

Pity there is not a Zero star option. The customer service is very poor and the complaints procedure is a complete black hole. Responses are promised within a 48 hour timescales but that is just to get you off the call. 480+ hours and still waiting for a response.

Update.... Followed the advice in the response, still no response. At least they are consistent.

Further update - five weeks now and still waiting for the 48 hour response.

Customer service with ID mobile is an absolute nightmare. There are limited ways to contact, no direct links and promises of responses that never happen.

All is good with contracts and getting new phones however upgrades are more expensive than new customers and my heart goes out if you need support from their customer team.

I have used Pro:Direct Sport before and I will use them again. First class service.

Definitely a scam that links to other fake shopping sites. You do not directly interact with this site it appears to show your “fake” order is on the way. PayPal refunded me immediately following their investigation. Thanks PayPal.

My package is still “stranded in customs”

States two missed deliveries and calling card left. My experience differs slightly, no calling cards and no evidence of visits from cctv / doorbell. Clearly Yodel are employing stealth drivers or ghosts. Updated safe place location only to be completely ignored. Online chat also a waste of time as they could not advise when delivery will happen.

The reply from Yodal below is just to make the appearance that they care. After many more web chats with them it is clear they do not. Lies and false information…..still no delivery.

Promised delivery today(3/6/23). You will not be surprised it did not happen.

Now they are saying delivery has been refused. They have not even been here!!!!

Have said the driver will contact me to ensure they have the correct address. I am not expecting this will happen either.

The driver did not show up or call .

Now another day and the driver is delayed sp I guess it will not show up again. Yodel are being very unhelpful in resolving this their web chat service is uselass as they can only tell you what is on the app with no way of contacting the depots to give customers some assistance

Still waiting for delivery and nobody seems to know where it is. “Very” frustrating.

It is clear now the response from Very was just for show. There has been no further contact and I am still waiting for delivery.

Another day goes by without a contact from Very or a delivery from their partners Yodel.

Update - delivery was refused at the door - even though nobody has been to the door!!! Very just cut me off a call whilst on hold for 20 mins. Don't think I am ever going to get my package.
Very need to contact me.

Just spent an hour waiting and talking to their Customer team. Do not seem to understand the issues and don't seem to have great communication channels with their delivery partners. If you need something quickly look elsewhere.

Very got in touch and said they would resolve this, they have not. I have been waiting on a call to speak with a manager for over an hour and then just cut me off whilst waiting. Cut off again after another hour waiting, they are just not interested in customer service. Back to the start of the queue on the call again.

Another day goes by without a delivery or any way of contacting Yodel (meaningful contact). Very have not provided any form of customer support to resolve this matter.
