Great service from MyProtine as usual and would recommend to all. I would also recommend they select a different courier service as the Royal Mail may let customers down as they did with me.

Unfortunately you cannot select no stars. No communication, no tracking , no calls, a three hour window and no delivery. The client, Emma Sleep, should really consider their chosen courier. Very very poor.

No confirmation email after taking out a boiler service contract. Not really interested on chat. Phoned to cancel in less than 24hours. No confirmation of cancellation. I will just cancel the direct debit. Not great.

We attempted to reach you by phone on January 20, 2022, but you were unreachable. This is to inform you that we have looked into your complaint thoroughly, in which you raised an issue regarding the paperwork of your boiler service on social media.
You contacted us to cancel the plan because you were unhappy with it and had lost faith in our company because the documents were not sent to you. Nevertheless, we attempted to email it again and we even offered you to send the paperwork via post but you just wanted to cancel the plan.
We sincerely apologize that you were not happy were our service, however, please know that your policy is now cancelled and the relevant documents of your boiler service as well as of your cancellation have been sent to you by email.

Would give zero stars if I could. No card and customer service unwilling to help or take responsibility.
After reading response from moonpig my review was as a result of contacting the chat service and the " not our problem" attitude. Hence the review.

The engineer, Craig, did a fabulous job and worked really hard all day. Great price and quick turnaround from buying to installation. Good communication as there was a one day delay with the boiler delivery but the staff at Warmzilla kept me up to date. Would recommend.
