Great pair of good value boots. Good service and delivery with updates. Previously had an account and the interest free payment option of 3 months is perfect. Website is user friendly and easy to navigate. Lots of offers. Varied range in products.

I ordered a Vax Spot Wash. I paid extra for next day delivery. I placed the order on Sunday but it wasn’t delivered until the following Wednesday!
Very disappointed with Very.
The Vax itself seems quite good, only used it once.

The product description for this purchase suggested this bundle would also include the Mario Kart Worlds game, but that did not come included in my delivery.

"Switch 2 Console with Mario Kart Worlds and Pokémon Pokopia..."

I tried to reach out to Very to rectify this, but they've made meaningful feedback to resolve such issues very hard to achieve.

I'll flag this with Trading Standards instead.

Delivery always on time and in good condition.

We had a call reference a faulty fire we were told we would hear within 3 days from you reference a collection. We are weeks on and have heard nothing. We had hoped that customer service had redeemed itself and now nothing. Trying to call is ridiculous waiting times of over 45 mins.

Where is the customer service. The chat service is not fit for customers and the free phone customer service is not a person you go thorough the same process but via a phone. A lost order orders arriving late I have been using this company for many years and it has got drastically bad customer service. Sort it out

I ordered a washing machine 3 weeks ago and still not delivered. Comes direct from supplier so Very is relying on their delivery service.
Totally uninterested and was told it is sitting in a warehouse waiting for uplift from 3rd party. In the end I cancelled the order. I will never order from Very again.

The delivery of my washing machine arrived promptly, I had good communication with the driver. He brought the washer into my house & also offered to help with removing the packaging. Thank you to the driver Conner A. I recommend very to everyone. 5*

What a complete joke this Co is, spent over 10 mins in a queue waiting to speak with an adviser about returned items from 3 weeks ago, not refunded, no reply, managed to get link to online chat, provided all relevant info at the beginning of the chat, 45 MINS LATER the half wit that was in the chat was asking about completely different orders, what an utter shambles this Co is, avoid.

The hoover i bought was very easy to use and it works well, the service i got was great it arrived very fast. Pity you would not give me a credit account ?
