Paid over the odds for next day special…

Paid over the odds for next day special delivery. Urgent so paid £1 more than the item itself cost. Deadline was 22:00 and I ordered at 21:00. No delivery next day and no progress from them or their courier (dhl).

Trying to contact via website impossible. AI help button absent. Telephone numbers related to different services completely. You would think the tab ‘where is my order’ or ‘order not delivered’ might link to a number or email not just another question.

Hopeless.

The assistant is absolutley a credit to boots Wigan . She is sooo polite, helpful, caring, smartly dressed, always has a huge smile on her face. You really feel as a customer that you matter. Never does she rush you. If you fi have the pleasure of being served by this wonderful lady check her badge her name is Maguy you will see why i have written such a review. BOOTS SHOULD CLONE THIS LADY, a credit to your organization
