Poor customer service and not improving
Pity there is not a Zero star option. The customer service is very poor and the complaints procedure is a complete black hole. Responses are promised within a 48 hour timescales but that is just to get you off the call. 480+ hours and still waiting for a response.
Update.... Followed the advice in the response, still no response. At least they are consistent.
Further update - five weeks now and still waiting for the 48 hour response.
