Purchased item not received, it is a scam site......DO NOT USE........

Scam courier affiliated with scam online stores! Ordered from BuyBasinRange.com and my item was “sent” using UKINEXPRESS. Received only one response from scam seller website (named Cora Gilbert from service @openinmail.com) when I inquired about the status. Fake tracking #. Never heard from anyone again, despite my 8 emails out in the past 3 months. Parcel was “stranded at customs” in Chicago, IL and when contacting UKINEXPRESS— received same radio silence. Money lost!!

This name was used as a validated mean from the scammer to portray a delivery of a product that was never delivered in the United States. Ukinexpress was accompanied by a bogus seller (arno.kisscoal.com),
an account handler
(Robert Camp ● service at aboutinmail.com),
a receiver of funds (Richardson Route LLC matthewew.com) all bogus

NEVER RECEIVED PACKAGE, ORDERED A DESK FROM www:tolap.shop on June 27, 2023 order number: 412772 and to date as shipped from Paris to NCY to Burnsville NC trough another fake scam company UKINEXPRESS. Same as listed on reviews, received the first email stating its in deliver. Has never been delivered, emailed UKINEXPRES 5 times or more, no responce, Seller does not reply.

Do not buy from them or ship, total scam, scam,scam. And the shipping update states its in Burnsville NC sorting facility, there is not one here and never will be. UKINEXPRESS does not replay after many attempts, so far it can only be a dishonest group of thieves working together, I will not remove this post until the package is received.

Ich habe bei Frisco eine wäschebox bestellt. Wie bei den anderen wurde die Lieferung dann im Juli über ukin express dann angekündigt. Trotz mehrfachem Nachfragen keine Antwort und natürlich auch keine Lieferung erhalten.

Scam company working along side Internet company. Neither will deliver your product. Ukinexpress only update fake Tracking History after you make an email enquiry.

Have no dealings with this company.

Compré en una tienda para niños llamada babyclothes-saleshop.com, que está ubicada en Francia, ésto fue el 21/06/23 y me enviaron un número de traking de Ukinexpress.com y nunca llegó mí paquete, y siempre que voy a chequear me dice Miami Delivery exception.

No me ha llegado una compra que hice.
Les envío correo y no contestan.
Es una estafaaaaaa

Part of a SCAM network, fake websites that seems legit use this as their shipping partner - both are FAKE, you will never get the package

Pedí artículo en Skechers Outlet - el 27 de junio y creo que fue un engaño, me pusieron mensaje de envío y seguimiento en Ukinexpress, y hasta el 28 de Julio indicaron "excepción de entrega", después de pasar de Chicago a aduana, en París aduana, en España Aduana, al final todo falso, perdida de su importe 33€. Intentaré comunicar a Visa por si puedo obtener devolución, que supongo no será posible

Very bad experience. I ordered an item at the end of June and the delivery date supposed to be July 5th. Now is august 18 and there’s still nothing. However, I wrote them several emails to check the status, and theres only one reply for the very first one, the rest got no response. Also, there’s no number to call so email will be the only one way to contact them, and if they ignore the request it’s no way to find them.

Ordered one analog S-meter for my radiotranceiver (95$) in late June-23.I could follow it by tracking number to Stockholm Sweden.After some weeks I contacted Swedish Post.They coud not found it anywhere.I have contacted this scam company 3 times without any respons.This kind of people has used up ther time on earth in my eyes.

Purchased item from billabong-singapore.com thinking it was a good deal. Made payment via paypal and that's when the first red flag appeared because payment was made to some 'Nicole Rajoo'. Should have trusted my instincts and voided the txn. Then they sent a confirmation email with parcel tracking link but when i googled the company ukinexpress, no results returned. So i got suspicious again but then I noticed there was progress in the transit of the item. However, after almost 2mths, the parcel got "stranded" in SG customs. That's when i digged further and found this website with people complaining about the scams and thankfully i managed to cancel the txn and got a full refund from paypal. Joke is this fake billabong company (rep goes by name 'Erica Peg') is still trying to convince me that they are resending the parcel despite me already having gotten a refund. This time they sent me another link to track the new parcel which is obviously another scam site cuz the company can't be found online, i.e. spaceonexpress.com. Beware of these scammers!

Never received my package and the company never answer my many messages I send them to clarify what was going on with it. Worst service ever. I gave one star just because I had no choice but it's worth a zero star.

Ordered an Echo String Lawn Trimmer from Nobleness.loghay.shop (the name should have given me a clue) and it was confirmed and sent to UKINEXPRESS for shipping. That was June 26th.
It was in Paris France Customs for almost a week then in USA Customs for 10 days, then ended up with a "Delivery Exception" status. Like others there was no reply to any of the numerous emails. I'll check with my bank since I used my debit card, but it is probably $85 lost.

This people are scammers, I ordered some items, they said it is coming from Chicago, arrived at Paris before getting into London it is over a month now and I have not received the item they say will arrive within 7-15days , I ordered on the 1st of July today is 08/08/23 I have not received the item, no one to contact

Like so many other victims, I too feel like I have been scammed. I bought an item in June 2023 and still have not received it. I was emailed by a Robert Camp telling me that my item is on its way, and that a tracking number will be issued shortly. A tracking number did come, but it doesn't look like it is connected to any legitimate company. A tracking update says that my order is stranded at customs as of 7/25/2023. What I don't understand is how a bogus company can advertise on Google search without Google shutting it down.

Ordered from swims.uk.com Supposedly shipped fro Chicago tracked to my local town. All rubbish these people are scum and simply scammers.
They look like they are dealing with one's purchase but they are making you delay so that you aren't able to get a refund. They also pretend to use paypal.

My experience the same as previous reviews, very dodgy company give them a wide berth.

Dont buy from this site - you only loose money. They just keep the money and never send any goods. So please stay away!!!!
