Great service from knowledgeable staff who are passionate about bikes and cycling. For me, it's important to get the right support from people who understand - without the pressure selling. Shout out to Callum for his patience; he took the time to answer all my questions (no matter how trivial), and he made my visit a a very worthwhile and educational trip.

Balfes Gatwick always provide me with a gerat service on looking after multiple bikes. Dan Lakeman is a wealth of knowledge....i break my bikes and he fixes them in good time :)

I took my daughter to Balfe's Waterloo, as she has a Ride to Work scheme. Joe was extremely patient with us and very helpful in providing advice on not only a bike, but all the other bike gear and kit. First class service.

The staff here were so friendly and helpful and one of the mechanics called Ed fixed our daughter's bikes within 15 minutes and went above and beyond to get it done and they did not charge alot either which was really appreciated and shows how genuine they are!
