Balfe's Bikes - Dulwich Arvostelua 927

Great recommendation and customer experience, they took lots of time to explain what bike was right for our daughter and she could test them out beforehand.

The service was as usual great, with a lot of care and appreciation for my bike. One irritating niggle though, with booking:

When I brought the bike in, I discovered that the booking I had made was for a drop-off slot, not the actual service. This makes it impossible to plan ahead, as you don't know when you book how long you might have to wait for the actual service.

Always great service from all staff, but a special mention to Fred who is great.

The team were super helpful in helping me pick out a bike that met my needs, getting everything ordered and built and setting me up to go! Everything was handled very professionally and smoothly!

There were a few issues with my bike, they talked them through really clearly and gave a reasonable quote and suggestions how to prioritize the work if I couldn't afford it in one go.

New bike required - I knew roughly what I wanted and budget. At the shop they quickly assessed and identified potential options, evaluated them, made a recommended - which I accepted. All with good Q&A about what was / was not important and why etc.

The only thing better than the bikes I've bought from Balfe's in East Dulwich is the delightful staff who work there! Helpful, charming, knowledgeable and thorough. They were recommended to me by a friend and I happily recommend them to you, dear reader.

When I woke up to find I'd got a flat tyre, I didn't expect that Balfe's would be able to fit in repairing this the same day, especially as it was a Sunday. But to my delight they did, and it was ready for me to collect in an hour or so. The cost was low and well worth it.

Went into Balfe’s East Dulwich this morning with a chain that had come off and got jammed. They took time to solve my issue and get me back on the road and in time for work. No charge but a few good jokes were exchanged- very lovely team here, they go beyond…… thank you so much

Greta customer service, Mark was excellent at helping me pick a replacement bike after mine was stolen. He and the team went above and beyond to make sure I was well looked after and got the bike and equipment I wanted.

I have shopped at Balfe's a few times now and have been impressed with the service each time. The staff cyclists are friendly, knowledgable and very helpful. There generally isn't a wide range of stock, in the Dulwich shop, yet that isn't a problem because you can order there wider range of stock on line and collect it. In my opinion it is easy and you get free advice on how to best use, maintain and fit the item.

Very helpful with sourcing new tyres for my bike and fitting them along with a new inner tube. Gave me an idea of cost at the start that was helpful and very happy with the result.
