I bought some overshoes from Chiswick branch of Balfes. I couldn't get them over my cycling shoes so went to return them but was refused refund or credit even though I had the receipt because I didn't have the hanger they were on when I bought them. Very disappointing. I won't buy from them again.

I had a great experience with Balfe’s Bikes. Staff knew their stuff and were happy to spend time helping me out. They were responsive to follow up emails and made an effort to make sure my bike purchase was the right one for me. Am looking forward to joining one of their bike shop rides in the next few weeks.

Waited 5 days for a customer's part which I paid extra for 48 hour delivery! If you dont have the part in stock for delivery dont offer the service! Its obviously being sort from your supplier so if this is the case be transparent about the situation and you might not lose customers like myself.
