Summer Cycling Gloves

I bought a pair of gloves for summer cycling and they were delivered speedily and well packaged. They were in the sale and a great price. Balfe's Bargains!

Poor Delivery

Good price and quality items but very poor delivery, it took over a month to get some plastic items and a tube for my bike!!

Good service.

Good service.. I'm a size 8 uk shoe ordered a 9 in sidi Road shoe, they were too tight. Exchange process was easy and ordered a size 10 sidi although a bit big an insole should help.

Missing in action, better communication needed.

Ordered for next day delivery and DPD did their usual trick of losing big boxes. The customer service was a little lacking, advised me to wait until their investigation with DPD was complete. No promised updated emails. Got there in the end with a replacement sent out.

Exceptional service from the first…

Exceptional service from the first enquiry through to swap of tyres, conversion to tubeless and delivery of the bike. The delivery mechanic ensured that the bike was correctly set up and fit to ride before signing off delivery. Thoroughly recommend Balfes Bikes!
