Great service from knowledgeable staff who are passionate about bikes and cycling. For me, it's important to get the right support from people who understand - without the pressure selling. Shout out to Callum for his patience; he took the time to answer all my questions (no matter how trivial), and he made my visit a a very worthwhile and educational trip.

I had a great experience at Balfe’s Bikes in Kingston when purchasing my new bike. The fitting was exceptionally thorough and made a real difference they took the time to get everything perfectly adjusted and explained the setup clearly. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Nothing felt rushed, and I left feeling confident and well looked after. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new bike.

Purchase of Trek Powerfly
Very quick turnaround from online bike order and readiness for collection. Spacious bike shop with helpful staff. More info on tubeless tyres would have been welcome at time of collection. The mtb bike was tubeless ready but fitted with inner tubes.

Second time I have had work done at…
Second time I have had work done at Balfes and my bike has been returned with loose components, meaning I have had to twice take my bike back. First a loose headset after a full service, then a loose cassette after new wheels were put on.
