Fantastic service

Good services

The staff was very helpful and friendly. He helped us exchange our phone order for a size that fits my son much better. He provided detailed information and advised us to schedule the first service within two months. He also reminded us to register for the membership and bike warranty. Thank you, Jakub.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service from bike selection through to collection. Wes was superb, offering great advice and suggested sizing.
Their communication was good informing me when the bike was available for collection.
A great local bike company with strong product knowledge and relaxed environment.
