The company has failed to send replacements and is reneging on responsibility under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

They emailed on the 16th of Jan stating a replacement would be sent out yet nothing has arrived.

They also stated the following "...but this is a DPD issue not a Belier issue and I think its a little unfair taking this all out on us."

Consumer Rights Act 2015 which is set out on the Citizens Advice website states it is the seller's responsibility to ensure goods are delivered. Inadequate training in customer service and the company don't know the legal framework in which to provide goods in the UK.

As a buyer, I'm not responsible for solving disputes of a contract between a company and their courier service yet this company goes to state in their email to provide an update on the DPD investigation despite me informing them on two separate occasions it's their responsibility.

Cowboy company looking to scam consumers when things go wrong rather than rectifying mistakes as more established fashion brands would do.

I made an order of over £100. I returned most of the items and have not been sent a refund. I have tried contacting the company via email and social media with no response.

Ordered a shirt and the quality was great but size was a bit small . I Contacted Belier and the return exchange was simple. Great quality clothes. Great customer service

Frankie was extremely helpful with our return. We had ordered the wrong size and I chose to receive a refund in credit, but I had to reorder straight after so asked if they could refund my original payment method. Frankie was extremely fast to reply, polite, and resolved my issue straight away. Great service, would order from here again.

Gave Bélier a second chance after getting my jacket order wrong and having to give it back but I’m glad I did. First thing you notice with their clothing is the premium luxury feel. The sizing is a bit on the tighter size but it’s okay for me. I’m so happy I ordered again the shoes are underrated for the price they have them on for now it’s well worth it. Clothing has such a nice feel to them. Well recommended.

Purchased a pair of trousers and when they arrived there was a slight defect with the product but Frankie and Belier’s customer service team were fantastic and had this issue resolved straight away. Really pleased and would definitely recommend.

Absolutely shocking Website. Ordered a pair of Trainers for a Holiday. The Size was correct but after wearing them to travel in they have crippled my feet to the point they can’t be worn. No where on the Website does it suggest to order a size up. I have sent email after email explaining this. I don’t want my money back just the next size up sending. No reply. Just be aware of this Company

Placed an order with this company because I was impressed with their styles. However, I found that the sizing can be inconsistent, so I suggest ordering a single item initially to test the fit, or consider sizing down in relaxed fits. Aside from the sizing issue, I rate the quality of the clothing and the customer service as exceptional, a solid 10/10. Their email responses were prompt, and they efficiently handled two size exchanges for me within a week. It's advisable to double-check sizes before purchasing, but overall, I highly recommend them and will be shopping here again.

Ordered a pair of plain grey joggers, all was good material felt good, perfect sizing etc. after one wash they shrunk from oversized to way to small

Avoid. No refund given on returned item. When contacted, zero response.
