At the moment I seem to be inbetween sizes,and my order of 3 items were all on the large side. I paid £3.99 delivery.So i want to return them i was really annoyed to find out this was going to cost me £5.95 .So in total I have paid 6p shy of a tenner for an order that is no good for me. Won't be ordering again from this company

The service from this company was outstanding , ordered the clothing and received the next day. I was truly impressed by the quality of the material when it arrived. I will certainly be stacking my wardrobe with Belier for the summer season.

Shyt service. Don’t respond to customer queries. And after reading the rest of the reviews for this company, I’m glad I didn’t buy from them!

I won't be shopping with this company again. I ordered a pair of sneakers, labeled "orthopedic" but what I received were cheaply made, very flat, uncomfortable shoes with no arch or supportive insole or really anything that would resemble orthopedic or any semblance of quality. I asked to return them but the cost to return them to China would be double the price of the shoes. They ended up refunding me $12 as a small consolation. Super disappointing

paid for next day delivery and been 10 days not shipped and also have not responded to any emails regarding refunds when requeste.

Yeah heard nothing in over a week royal mail tracking hasnt updated in the past week, just raised a dispute to get refunded, dont even chance it with these.

I recently received my cabin case, but unfortunately it arrived faulty as the lock was broken.

I contacted customer services, and although their initial solution didn’t work, Julie immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent out - within just two hours - and provided a free return slip for the faulty case.

It’s genuinely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. The case itself was great quality, so I’m really looking forward to receiving the new one.

Most shitty company ever!!!! Cloths feels like cheap bullshit and whenever u return you wont get the money back. Never buying again!!!! Already waiting 1 year + for my money.

Brought some jackets ! Every clothing I’ve brought I’m a size small and Xsmall, so brought small jackets ! Super tiny and no response from the company ! Crazy sizing, never again

Avoid this company – possible scam
I strongly advise people to stay away from this company. After taking payment, they completely stopped responding when I requested a refund. I’ve sent multiple emails over an extended period and have never received a reply. There is no customer support and no accountability once they have your money. Based on my experience, this company cannot be trusted. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

Purchased a coat for my partner for Christmas and although the coat was lovely it is slightly too short for him due to his height. I emailed to request a refund as he didn’t find anything he particularly wanted and Julie went above and beyond to help. Even though I haven’t managed to send the coat back, she explained as I have emailed to explain it will be fine and not to worry. Companies these days are quick to ignore you at times but Julie quickly replied to every email and I was very happy with the outcome.

Let me tell you my experience. I purchased a “cashmere” sweater on line. Although they were very helpful when I texted about sizing, it was anything but cashmere. No product label on sweater, very cheap. The ad clearly says “free” returns but that is only if you live in China. They informed me it would be $40 to $50 in shipping costs to return. They did offer a 15% refund and I can keep the sweater. Buyer BEWARE!

First time shopping with Belier and I’m so impressed with the customer service I received from Julie - huge thank you! I had an issue with sizing on a Christmas gift and Julie went above and beyond to help, including checking the warehouse to find the correct size when it was showing as out of stock online.

She was incredibly efficient, friendly and responsive, and made the whole exchange process completely stress free despite a few return issues with the DPD QR code on my end, even with the fast approaching Christmas post deadlines.

Ordered multiple sets (the ribbed ones) to test. Total garbage ofcourse. Pictures are not true to product. Owner is a -very surprising- dubai resident who clearly only cares about making money from dropshipped China clothes. Do not order!
