I don't mind the product, quality not worth the full price but it's okay on the whole. In my opinion too busy posting on social media, living it up believing they are the next represent. My big complaint would be there service and social media team, useless would be putting it mildly.

Don’t be fooled by the photos posted online by the models.
This clothing arrived and it was the cheapest looking material.
Very disappointed sent my £200 order all back.
You’d be better buying from shein!
Stick to ARNE if you want quality reasonably priced clothing, this brand comes nowhere close.

Really don't know why there are these bad reviews, I am very pleased on how great the quality is on the clothes and the customer service is absolutely excellent. I had ordered two items and only received one because of no stock left, Julie was amazing at sorting the issue out. After I spoke to Julie I received my replacement polo shirt the next day! Which I am very happy with.
Thank you again Julie and Belier. Definitely will be shopping again! (:

Almost bought 3 items and then I read the reviews. Thank god I didn’t. I haven’t bought anything but had my fair share of bad experiences with companies like these.

I would give no stars if I could.

Ordered a few items and paid next day delivery, then didn’t heard nothing after at all. Emailed.. no reply - emailed again days later and no reply? It’s be 10 days no reply and I’m sitting here wondering what to do?

The quality does not reflect the price point and the sizing is VERY small. £45 for a pair of cheap, nasty swim shorts and you have to pay to return! I’d rather pay a little more and get much better quality elsewhere (Arne or Reiss).

Sent an email asking for returns and no reply. Messaged on instragram and still no answer.

Very unprofessional - I ordered a few items in one large order which never arrived. I emailed their info@ and was issued a refund but with no correspondence as to what happened or an apology. I emailed to ask what happened but received no response. Such a shame as I would have been happy spending the money there if they would have engaged in dialogue and offered some remediation but it seems they would rather not have my custom at all.
If that’s how they treat their customers, they very well might be just another flash in the pan, social media centric company that folds because they don’t know how to properly operate.

The brand tag at the bottom of the sweatshirt came off in like 3 wears.
I emailed them and received no response they have a non existent customer service.

Ordered from the company. Had no response over the alleged delay which was supposed to be a dpd problem and still haven’t received. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE SCAMMERS !!

Customer service has been outstanding, received a response within 10min of sending an email to exchange a shirt that was to big for me, to note the shirt although tags still attached ran way past the exchange date as per there policy, yet they really couldn't have done enough for me, another shirt now in post and on its way to me. Would highly recommend and I will personally be buying again, thank you to Belier.

I wish I read the reviews before placing my order. I am absolutely disgusted after reading the comments.

I ordered a shirt which was too tight on my husband, so I followed the returns procedure and paid for recorded delivery and returned to exchange size.

I then also emailed this company after a few days to let them know I have sent the order for exchange and asked when to expect my new order.

They emailed me back on 01/03/24 saying within 15days, I have sent another email asking where my order is however I have not heard anything back. I am absolutely appalled and disgusted, I wish I never ordered from this company and I highly doubt they will actually send my order after reading other customers reviews. Do not buy from this place, please read the reviews which I should’ve done! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Love the products would highly recommend. Customer service was also really helpful and got back to me quickly when emailed about an exchange that I needed quickly. I’d definitely shop again.

Customer service is excellent, they went above and beyond to help me with my questions and were really helpful and quick to respond. Clothes are amazing quality and all round an excellent service. People are so quick to write negative reviews which I think is such a shame considering how good this brand is compared to others.

The sizing on Belier's apparel is NOT even close to true size. When you quickly discover this, you'll find their customer service to be defensive and rude. They are, indeed, as mentioned previously, a cowboy company that in my legal opinion, operate online without fully understanding UK consumer rights and expectations. After chasing over and over and waiting months for a refund, they then conveniently "forgot" to refund part of my money, as agreed. I had to chase them yet again. Don't bother taking the risk if you value your time. Update: The company then tried to flag this review of my experience to get it removed.

Poor quality clothing and when you send it back they keep your money for about 6 weeks until you complain! Avoid if I were you.

I ordered and returned items to this company over a month ago. Provided proof of return and have had an email to state they’ve received the items, yet still no refund. Apparently looking for my items in the warehouse.

Return process is terrible.
Still not heard back after a few weeks and looks like they will take the next Pay in 3 paypal payment soon.
No confirmation of returns and terrible communication.
Feels a bit scammy even if it isn't

The company has failed to send replacements and is reneging on responsibility under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

They emailed on the 16th of Jan stating a replacement would be sent out yet nothing has arrived.

They also stated the following "...but this is a DPD issue not a Belier issue and I think its a little unfair taking this all out on us."

Consumer Rights Act 2015 which is set out on the Citizens Advice website states it is the seller's responsibility to ensure goods are delivered. Inadequate training in customer service and the company don't know the legal framework in which to provide goods in the UK.

As a buyer, I'm not responsible for solving disputes of a contract between a company and their courier service yet this company goes to state in their email to provide an update on the DPD investigation despite me informing them on two separate occasions it's their responsibility.

Cowboy company looking to scam consumers when things go wrong rather than rectifying mistakes as more established fashion brands would do.
