They are micro scamming , not promising what the say. I dis get the bag after months , but hiding ekstra cost for VAT and customs . Something that should be included in the price when selling in EU. The total cost and wait was not worth it . Customer service just bs

Very good product. It arrived the same day after I ordered in Dubai.

The case I bought was a fair price, well built and from the outside is just as described, it’s the inside that leaves a bit to be desired. The panels that hold clothing in are very badly designed, to undo them requires an effort and re-theading the Velcro fasteners, I’m most likely going to cut them off and redesign them myself as they are really not good at all. Also the mechanism for the long retractable handle stands up a fair bit inside the case, making the useable space considerably harder to use. And as a last comment, the retractable handle mechanism does not stay up all the time, use on bumpy ground causes it to retract and drop without warning, not good if you’re leaning on it a little, and the button to retract the handle manually is on the top, just where your hand rests, again poor ergonomic design, put it in the bottom of the handle and make it more useable. I bought the 20” carry on case.

My Rigid hand luggage case was bloody awesome & strolled around on its wheels with ease. No problems packing it at all but one problem, the vacuum pump supplied didn’t work but that could just be me ?? I didn’t need it to work anyway . The case was awesome anyway & id recommend people to buy one !!

Awful customer service , even worse response time if at all... save yourself some time and headache spend about $300 more and buy a rimowa or tumi very reputable and trusted with a real customer service department and whom sell premium quality luggage with a true lifetime warranty... you've been warned.... run from this temu quality garbage...

Don’t hesitate to buy one of these cases, you will be impressed. The delivery was fast. The case arrives well packaged and protected. Has a useful storage cover. Obviously it’s bought for its looks and we know what the case looks similar to albeit a fraction of the price. But the quality is impressive. The 22” carry on in black looks slick and feels solid. Love the case but I ordered a tan luggage tag and received a blue one. Also didn’t receive the free gift bag advertised. Emailed Customer Service and received a response which doesn’t really answer if I’m getting the gift bag or the tan tag I ordered which is disappointing

Bought the 30” Trunk and worth every penny. Know that aluminum will dent and the trunk will develop a patina and character along with every trip. The luggage is rigid and sturdy, but not bullet proof. Looking forward to the next adventure with this statement piece.
