Honestly SO impressed with Choixx. Everything’s just easy no chasing, no stress.
The clothes fit perfectly and are actually true to size (finally 🙌) and the quality feels really high-end, not cheap at all.
Never had a single issue with delivery either always smooth and on time.
Genuinely can’t fault it. I’ll 100% be ordering again and would recommend to anyone

I rarely write reviews, but this experience has been so disgusting that people need to be warned.

The customer service is effectively non-existent. When you do get a response, it is a generic, copy-and-paste message from Abuzar or one of his other pals with no attempt to address the actual issue. There is no ownership, no accountability, and no meaningful resolution offered. Their professionalism is NON-EXISTENT.

I ordered 5 items. Before they even arrived, I knew 2 would need to be exchanged for different sizes so emailed immediately after the initial order to say this ………. OF COURSE NO RESPONSE FOR WEEKS UNTIL RECIEVING A DISPATCH NOTIFICATION. I followed their process exactly and requested exchanges. Since then, I have only received ONE item back. The rest have simply not been returned to me so this company is actively committing theft to customers purchasing their items.

To make matters worse, the missing item is conveniently “OUT OF STOCK,”what’s the chances ? This raises serious concerns about how this company handles exchanges taking customer funds with no real way to provide the goods. I have paid for products that I no longer have, and there has been no proper attempt to resolve this.

This is not a minor inconvenience — this is a complete failure to deliver what has been paid for and again ZERO customer service.

PLEASE PLEASE IGNORE any positive reviews, they offer discounts to customers whom write good reviews so these hold no weight. Based on my experience, they do not reflect the level of service I have received.

This company presents itself as professional and reliable with its TOWIE Z LISTER advertising on Instagram , but my experience suggests the exact opposite. READ THE NEGATIVE reviews carefully — they appear to reflect the real customer experience far more accurately.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Sent the wrong item, I returned for a refund but didnt receive anything even though they confirmed they got the return. 3rd time Ive reviewed, each time they have replied telling me to check my emails and neither time they have emailed. Worst customer service ive ever had. AVOID THIS SELLER

Choix collective now have a policy that if you use discount on their items you are refunded with a gift card so if you do decide to use them DO NOT use the discount. I ordered some jumpers and pants which did not fit so sent them back, it took two weeks for me to receive my gift card which I used on some shorts and t shirts, the T shirts turned up first again they did not fit so I returned them and received another gift card, the shorts turned up and were too small so I ordered the next size up, they turned up and AGAIN did not fit (their sizing is way off on the website) when I tried to return, the order number is attached to my original order on the 12th of February so I emailed and their policy states they will get back to you within 48 hours which they did, they asked me what the item was, if I wanted a refund or swap which I answered, this was on the 2nd of April (keep in mind my original order was February 12th) I have since still not received a returns note after multiple emails, I am now being ghosted, so they can’t even stick to replying within 48 hours like it says on the website, I have a £36 pair of shorts sitting in my house that I cannot wear. This has been going on for 2 months NOT GOOD!

As stated in this review, I have emailed you several times with the order number on the subject, please read your emails and respond!
