Ca de fiecare data, desi am cont cu adresa corect salvata, pachetul meu ajunge la alta adresa pentru ca expeditorul nu o scrie corect. Scandalos

After placing an order on this website for a kitchen table with chairs, I realized when the package arrived that the chair legs were not compatible. Because of this, I requested a return for the product.

From that moment on, they repeatedly tried to offer me a $50 voucher for their website or discounts on future orders. I explained several times that I was not interested in vouchers or discounts and that, since I was returning the product within the legal return period, I expected a full refund.

Initially, they confirmed that everything was fine and asked me to provide my IBAN and SWIFT code so they could process the transfer. However, less than 24 hours later, I received another email stating that they would refund the money and that they did not want the product returned. I found this approach strange, but I assumed that maybe this was their procedure.

Then, less than 24 hours later, I received a notification from GLS saying that a courier would come to collect the package for the return. I prepared the package carefully, packed it properly, and handed it over to the courier.

In Romania, when a return pickup is arranged directly by the seller, the person returning the package does not receive a receipt or document from the courier. A few days later, I received an email from them asking me to provide a receipt for the return, which simply does not exist in this situation.

I contacted GLS, who confirmed that the return package had already been delivered to the destination, and vidaXL also has confirmation from the courier company.

Despite this, they keep delaying the process, telling me that they have contacted the “relevant department” and that I will be contacted soon. The same response repeats over and over again. At this point, it almost feels like they are trying to delay the situation until the customer gives up.

Today I decided to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Authority and I am also considering taking this matter to court.

I strongly advise people not to buy from this company. If you encounter any issue with a product, you may end up losing both the product and your money.

Livrare rapida, ambalare corespunzatoare, produs bun si conform. Sunt multumita. Recomand!

Am achiziționat 2 noptiere care la montaj s-au dovedit de foarte slabă calitate. Îmbinarea pieselor din PAL nu se face foarte bine din cauza pieselor care nu sunt simetrice și este vizibilă calitatea slabă a produsului finit.
Calitatea materialului este slabă fiind prima oara când văd un PAL care se pătează.
Pachetul ambalat cu toate bucățile de PAL a venit cu foarte multa mizerie și a trebuit să curat fiecare piesa în parte. O piesa frontala a venit ciupita și nu am cum sa o maschez.
Cu siguranță producătorul acestui mobilier nu are implementate standarde de calitate și de verificare a reperelor realizate.
Per total o experiență proasta. Caut sa schimb cu ceva de calitate.

O experiență foarte plăcută cu oameni dedicați care vin în sprijinul clienților.

Patul în sine e foarte frumos, dar experiența de a-l asambla a fost atroce.

Ai nevoie de doctorat în desen tehnic să deslușești toate piesele.

Pe lângă asta, materialele din care sunt făcute balamalele sistemului batant al somierei sunt de joasă calitate, aparent am forța necesară de a le îndoi fără să mă chinui.

Singurul motiv pt care am cumpărat de aici e pentru ca nu am găsit altundeva somiere cu deschidere laterală, dar dacă știam că-mi va lua 6 ore să asamblez un pat și calitatea este așa îndoielnică, nu aș mai fi cumpărat.

Nemultumita total. Calitatea produsului, lasa de dorit, placa unuia dintre sertare a venit ciobita, cantuirea nu mai zic. Cat depre transport actualizarile primite in aplicatie nu au legatura cu realitatea, iar DPD isi bate joc de clienti. Si toate astea pe banii clientilor

Foarte lung timpul de livrare.

Am cumpărat o pernă de 200 x50x24 pentru capul patului. Excepțională !!!!!! Ambalajul save-space , mic, ideal pentru transport, iar produsul a fost exact cum îl doream. Timpul intre comandă și livrare a fost de numai câteva zile. Sunt total mulțumită și recomand cu căldură firma pentru seriozitate și calitate !

I have received the bar globe and it looks cheap in reality compared to the pictures online. I can see the glued circle wood inside and the multiple strips of the "divine painting" glued unequally inside the dome. When you try to spin the globe you have to hold both hemispheres with each hand otherwise only the top hemisphere will spin while the bottom one remains still. When closing the top hemisphere (cap/lid) it doesn't make the right contact and doesn't close right. The picture shows bottles of wine in it but in reality bottles of wine doesn't fit in, they are too big for the bar. The bar is made for spirits: whiskey, cognac, tequila etc. Overall it looks like some cheap product made in China that cost more than it should.

Inițial am crezut că produsul nu este conform descrierii de pe site pentru că nu mi-am dat seama că acel suport este făcut din spumă și durează până când își revine după ce a stat împachetat. Sunt mulțumită de această achiziție. Pentru o persoană cu piciorul în ghips e foarte util. Totuși livrarea a durat destul de mult.
