Unfortunately the return process is complicated
Unfortunately the return process is very complicated. To return an order they're charging you 50 lei for every product.
And the worst thing is that you can't contact them, they don't answer the emails or phone.
The products are medium quality, a little expensive for that quality I may say.
To conclude, I don't recommend buying from the seller.

Defective product and missing parts
I received a defective product with missing parts. The product was a foldable table
I talked with customer service. Delivery of missing parts was not possible.
I made a request to return the defective product and receive a different one. I received a mail that the return ticket was created, but the courier didn't come.

Overall happy
The order came intact and in good shape, the quality of the products is good, overall we are happy with the order. The only thing to mention is about the exterior roller blind, the material is very creased due to the fact it comes packed folded, it should come rolled to avoid the wrinkles. I can provide some photos.

Support is non-existent, business accounts are broken
Stay away if you ever expect to need any kind of customer support. What VidaXL calls "support" is just a cheap chatbot pretending to be a real person, giving generic copy-paste answers that solve nothing. Every time you reach out, you're promised someone will contact you "within 1 business day" — and then nothing happens. Not after one day, not after a week. Nobody follows up, ever.
On top of that, their Business Account system is fundamentally broken. Everything looks fine in your account settings, VAT is verified, all details are correct — but when you actually try to place an order, it simply won't go through. And good luck getting help with that, because… see above.
If you're a regular consumer buying one item and hoping nothing goes wrong, maybe you'll be fine. But if you're a business customer or if you ever need actual human assistance with anything, look elsewhere. There is no real support here — just a chatbot loop designed to make you give up.
