Mau tracking! Mau atendimento! Pessimo!

Atrasaram a minha encomenda devido a um problema interno de gestao deles. Passo mais de uma semana sem alterar o estatuto da minha encomenda mandei email para o apoio ao cliente edizem nao saber dela e parafazer reclamação no site. O site nao deixa fazer a reclamação pois diz que o remetente cancelou a encomenda que é mentira pois esta ja se encontrava no centro de Leiria . O queme parece é que alguém tem as mãos largas e eu fico a arder 100 euros.

Ups-Portugal… They said street address is incorrect while everything is ok.. for other delivery it was never a problem but for them it is a problem.. i called them and explained my address 2 days ago and they are still updating the adress.. i dont know when they gonna deliver it..

I missed a delivery yesterday so made sure that I stayed in to receive the package today. They have not tried to deliver it so I tried to ring customer service and got absolutely nowhere as they just keep you hanging on and an annoying repeat message saying all their staff are dealing with calls. Nightmare and really really frustrating.

O estafeta ligou-me a perguntar se estava em casa e disse que vinha em 2 minutos, no entanto recebo imediatamente no email a confirmação de que a encomenda foi entregue, estranhei, mas aguardei pelo estafeta. Qual o meu espanto quando o estafeta ao chegar à minha morada, afirma que se enganou e trocou com outra que parecia semelhante!

Por acaso foi a tempo de as trocar e trazer-me a certa, mas e se caso a outra pessoa já não tivesse na morada ou pior, tivesse aberto a mesma?

Isto é um perigo! Não pedem confirmação de identidade, não leem corretamente o nome e morada quando fazem as entregas? Como pode isto acontecer?

Fico feliz por ter tudo corrido bem, mas não deixo de vir reclamar e mostrar a minha insatisfação relativamente a este grave erro.

Bem, é só bater mais no ceguinho nem força tenho para explicar a incompetência da UPS

UPS has once again proved to be the least reliable courier I have ever worked with. Despite providing all the required customs documents, our urgent shipment was falsely flagged as “Customs information needed” and delayed and UPS kept completely silent about it. By pure chance, while tracking the shipment, I stumbled upon this status and their false claim that they had contacted us, which never happened. Situations like this are a regular occurance with UPS.

I have worked with DHL, FedEx, and other couriers for decades, with only occasional minor issues. With UPS, however, the problems are constant and repetitive.

Absolutely unacceptable service and truly incomepetent — I strongly, strongly advise against using them!

Although we were in all day and both mine car and a workman's van was on the drive the delivery person just left a 'sorry we missed you' note. Inept performance ment we had to travel nearly 4 miles to complete his delivery.

UPS evidently tried to deliver my package as of 15 minutes ago, but when I was out there with my dogs during that time, I didn't see a single UPS truck. UPS in the US has always been decent, but in Portugal, they've been consistently unreliable.

UPS Portugal should do a better job of incentivizing their employees to actually deliver packages.

ETA: Whoever the delivery driver is for Porto needs to learn how to attempt to deliver a package. It's really annoying to pay for shipping but never have the package delivered (they always drop it off at a collection point that's not actually that close to my home or say they attempted when I never hear the bell).

Lesson learned though I guess, I will avoid using any company that uses UPS for deliveries.

Complaining with Livro de Reclamações doesn't change anything. I guess they really don't mind making the same mistakes over and over.

Não tenho palavras para descrever como uma empresa com a grandeza da UPS peste um mau serviço para com o cliente.

Primeiro atrasaram a entrega dizendo que a morada não estava correta ou estava enganada, o que não corresponde á verdade porque tenho a encomenda já em minha posse e a morada está correta.
Depois liguei para o apoio ao cliente onde foi combinado o estafeta deixar a encomenda no ponto de acesso UPS da minha cidade e mais uma vez para meu espanto a encomenda foi entregue num ponto de acesso UPS a + de 20km da minha cidade, ao qual eu tive que fazer hoje cerca de 48km no total para ir buscar a encomenda.
Alguém tem que se responsabilizar por este serviço tão fraco!
Ao sr. Estafeta que seja um pouco mais profissional no serviço de entregas

Uma empresa dos infernos. Nunca tentaram fazer a minha entrega, nunca ligaram, duvido se quer se a encomenda saiu do armazém. Empresa podre. Sem mais nem menos, a encomenda foi devolvida para o remetente. Não vale nada, péssimo!

This courier never attempted to make a delivery just excuses,they eventually returned the package to the sender

Comprei um produto que se perdeu na entrega. Nem eu (comprador) e nem o vendedor tivemos culpa no processo e a UPS não quis resolver o problema. Portanto eu paguei o produto e não recebi-o por um problema de entrega. Não recomendo esta empresa a ninguém, péssimos profissionais e falta de proatividade a resolver os problemas dos clientes.

NO ATTEMPT WHATEVER HAS BEEN MADE TO DELIVER THIS PARCEL, which is a juicer for a friend who has cancer and wishes to follow the Gerson diet Leiria, Portugal. I have been asking for weeks why it has not been delivered and been fobbed off with platitudes every time by the pathetic customer non service, from Useless Parcel Services, It was a remote area was the first one, then we got oh the address is wrong, so i resent all the details email and telephone number , none of which has been used NO CONTACT WITH THE RECIPIENT HAS BEEN INITIATED regarding delivery at any time, then it was customs wanted more info (which they already had) then it was in another warehouse before the current one at Leiria Portugal, which STILL HAS NOT DELIVERED IT it is now 28/8/2025,

the last 'customer service 'reply ' has produced NOTHING as usual nice wordsl nothing more, NO RESPONSE FROM ANY 'Duty Manager' I Think the BBC radio 4 'You and Yours' and the various consumers affairs groups will be next stop as this needs PUBLICITY

Coletou uma encomenda, não entregou e depois de 3 meses devolveu e querendo receber novamente!

Miscommunication and the ability to make false promises is what define this company. I thought dpd was bad,give ups a try and you will change your views for sure

Não podiam prestar pior serviço! Falta de profissionalismo e cuidado com os clientes, fiquei semanas à espera da encomenda e nada, decidem trocar a morada para um ponto de recolha porque é mais conveniente, o serviço de apoio ao cliente não ajuda, prometem um dia de entrega vezes sem conta e nada. Fiz mais de 8 chamadas num espaço de 8 dias e nada.

Well my parcel is not at it's destanation from tamworth it's now in burton 33 minutes away from tamworth should be going to doncaster about an hour away from tamworth. Now refund is delayed you could of walked to doncaster and this is a so called reliable couier more like snail company as it only took about 2 hours from abingdon to tamworth where's it going next the next street for a few days.

Idiot driver of your vehicle AV63YKY reversed past the NO ENTRY signs at the junction of Westgate Street and St. Matthews Street Ipswich and continued reversing through the pedestrianised section of Westgate Street with little regard to pedestrians. 21/08/25 12:25hrs.
