Nunca vi um serviço tão podre!
Ligar é uma seca, 40 a 50 minutos.
Dizem sempre que vai ser entrega amanha e nada acontece.
3 semanas com encomenda sequestrada nos armazéns DHL.
NUNCA MAIS DHL!!!!!!

In December 2025, a friend sent me a parcel from Portugal to Germany through DHL. I received the tracking number and waited for the delivery.

On 9 January, the tracking status changed to:

"The shipment could not be delivered to the recipient, because the recipient was not available."

The problem is that I was at home the entire day. No one rang my doorbell, no delivery attempt was made, and I didn't even receive a notification card in my mailbox.

The next morning, at 6:25 a.m., the tracking suddenly changed to:

"The shipment could not be delivered to the recipient. It does not comply with the General Terms and Conditions."

No explanation was ever provided about what supposedly violated the Terms and Conditions. The parcel was marked to be returned to the sender.

However, it was never returned.

On 19 January, the last tracking update was simply:

"The shipment has been processed at terminal."

That was the last meaningful update. My parcel has now been missing for over six months.

During this time, I have opened multiple customer service cases and contacted both DHL Germany and DHL Portugal several times. I have received no useful information, no explanation, no location of the parcel, no estimated resolution date, and no option to collect it myself.

The last email I received from DHL was on 25 February, informing me that they had opened an investigation. Since then, complete silence.

At this point, my parcel seems to be lost somewhere in DHL's network. It hasn't been delivered, it hasn't been returned to the sender, and nobody is taking responsibility or providing any updates.

What frustrates me the most is not only losing my package, but the complete lack of communication and customer support. After more than six months, I still don't know where my belongings are or if I will ever get them back.

I expected much better service from an international logistics company. Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I hope this review encourages DHL to finally investigate my case properly and provide a solution.

Wish i could put a zero star or negative. Disappointed by the parcel delivery services. My parcel is stuck in Porto. Contacted customer care yesterday, delivery promised today. No update on the status today and the parcel is not out for delivery yet. Their lines are not working today and the email response is something else. Just wondering if its still the same DHL i have been using for the past 10 years.

Camila went out of her way to help me .
I called first to get some information, she was very helpful and courteous . She provided her name and answered all my questions and gave me directions to her location and when I got there , she explained the process , the fees and the best way to send the package . She explained the process in details , she was very knowledgeable and professional . I was very impressed to say the least.

Ridículo no mínimo o serviço que eles fazem.
Estou há 1 semana à espera que me entreguem uma encomenda.
Há 1 semana que a encomenda se encontra “parada” em Coimbra.
Serviço nulo. Empresa nula.

Não merecem estrela nenhuma.
O serviço da DHL é péssimo. Não se trata de um caso isolado, mas de uma prática recorrente: Alegam que tentaram fazer a entrega, quando isso é claramente mentira. Na realidade, deixam as encomendas sempre num “ServicePoint”, provavelmente porque lhes dá mais jeito, sem qualquer respeito pelo transtorno causado aos clientes, que pagaram para receber a encomenda em casa. No meu caso, só de carro me consigo deslocar ao ServicePoint. Mas se eu não tivesse carro? Ou se não pudesse sair de casa por motivos de saúde?
Hoje tentei alterar, no site, uma entrega prevista para amanhã. Não foi possível, porque o sistema indicava, de forma absurda, que o código postal estava incorreto, apesar de estar garantidamente certo. Resultado: não consegui submeter o pedido. O chatbot também é completamente inútil.

In der Hoffnung, daß irgendwer von DHL Portugal mitliest und anschließend brüllt, so geht es nicht weiter!!! am 20.06.2026 ein Paket in Castro Verde abgegeben, nach einer Woche bei DHL reklamiert, daß es immer noch dort liegt. Eine Dame hat sich per Mail entschuldigt, man würde sich kümmern. Am 07.06 erhalte ich die Nachricht, es würde am nächsten Tag in Castro Verde abgeholt werden, es wurde am nächsten Tag auch abgeholt, ich erhielt aber gleichzeitig, also am 08.07 die Nachricht einer anderen Dame des Hauses mit der Entschuldigung, das Paket sei wohl verlorengegangen, ich möchte bitte erklären worum es sich beim Inhalt handelt und eine Rechnung der Gegenstände beifügen !!?? Ich sage nur Kraut und Rüben und niemand da den es interessiert

Se tivesse como não dar nenhuma estrela eu não dava a pior logística que eu já vi, péssimo serviço de entrega, falam que vão fazer a entrega e depois sem antes de nem se quer ligarem para mim me enviam mensagem que tentaram entregar mas que ninguém estava em casa se não ligar tem como saber?

São pagos para transportar e entregar encomendas, mas NÃO AS ENTREGAM por pura preguiça! Tocam à porta, tu demoras um minuto a abrir, já se foram embora e levam a encomenda para o que chamam um service point, e tu que a vás buscar.
Burlões, pagas por um serviço que não te é prestado!
Aconteceu-me hoje (encomenda código JJD000030209146000032020456), e já me tinha acontecido a semana passada. Mais que um erro, é um hábito!

São várias as vezes que esta transportadora deixa encomendas num ponto de recolha, com desculpas não fundamentadas e sem qualquer tentativa de contacto. Os portes que estavam incluídos no preço final previa a entrega em casa e não a 10km.

Nao entregam na morada, limitam-se a deixar no ponto de recolha, para isso tinha escolhido a opção de levantar num ponto pick up.

No dia 18 não estava em casa. Veio uma encomenda, e como é normal, não a pude receber. O 'Live tracking' da DHL diz-me que está "num service point" - sem dizer qual.
No dia 19 tive de sair às 9h15. Às 10h26 recebi um SMS a dizer que outra das minhas encomendas iria ser entregue até às 19 horas. Voltei para casa e estive o dia TODO à espera. Nada.
Porém, o 'Live tracking' da DHL diz-me que houve duas outras tentativas de entrega de duas outras encomendas, às 13h33 e 13h34, quando eu estava em casa à espera da primeira encomenda...
E diz-me também que forem para um 'service point' - sem indicar qual!
O telefone da DHL, toca durante 30 minutos e desliga.
A assistente virtual, para onde mandei esta explicação, depois do envio da mensagem volta ao 'zero' para "como posso ajudá-lo"!!!!
O SERVIÇO DA DHL É UMA PORCARIA!!!
Não apenas nada funciona, como o desrespeito que têm pelos clientes é INACEITÁVEL.
Além do mais, como não atendem o telefone mas estou á espera de outra encomenda, é óbvio que não posso sair de casa para tentar ir a um service point ver se alguém me pode ajudar a encontrar as minhas encomendas!

The only shipping company in Portugal that never delivers to my house.
They always leave the parcels in a shop 1km far away from me. They don't even attempt to reach my house, they don't call me, nothing at all.
They simply choose to leave the parcels at that shop instead of coming to my house.
Totally unprofessional and disrespectful, complete trash compared to all other shipping companies in Portugal.

A dhl tem um serviço nada credível, não entregaram nem informam qual o ponto de recolha no qual em que se encontra a mercadoria apesar de no site o rastreamento dizer que está num ponto de recolha.
Fui pessoalmente a dois sem referência e ninguém tinha o envio.
Preenchi o formulário de contacto duas vezes e apenas dizem para telefonar, mas como os agentes estão sempre todos ocupados desligam, e é assim o ciclo vicioso.
Enfim se quiser perder mercadorias utilizem a DHL.

Pior transportadora. Paguei os custos de envio de uma encomenda que a transportadora levou a um ponto de recolha. Ainda têm o descaramento de dizer que a entrega não foi possível, sendo que eu estive sempre em casa e ninguém apareceu. Uma vergonha.

PIOR TRANSPORTADORA, NEM DEVIA RECEBER 1 ESTRELA. NEM UMA

Já é a segunda vez, que esta transportadora me deixa uma encomenda num ponto de recolha, estando eu em casa para a receber. Nem sequer houve nenhuma tentativa de contacto. Ainda por cima, o ponto de recolha fica a cerca de 15km da minha residência, ou seja, a uma distância de 30km ida e volta! Isto é inadmissível, querem lucrar às custas de incompetência e serviço enganoso.

Sempre que tenho uma encomenda que vem pela DHL nunca é entregue em casa da MT trabalho ent eu tenho de fazer o trabalho para que eles são pagos e tenho de ir buscar a um ponto de recolha uma vergonha

Attempted to ship a poster in tube from Hamburg to myself in Canada. Properly addressed and labelled at the DHL location in HafenCity,
According to their site the tracking #/package was entered into their system and may have made it to Canada. BUT now has been returned to sender.
DHL is almost impossible to reach. Turns out I went Parcel. Not express, not e-commerce.
WhatsApp not functional.
Finally reached an English speaker in Germany parcel. No help. Transferred me to parcel international, promised me English, but international hung up on me, no English.
