oh oh wat een waardeloze site. Belofte over levertijden zijn fake. Geen communicatie over wanneer Santaxie dan wel levert... nee nooit meer.

Nach 13 Tagen wurde die Bestellung immer noch nicht versendet. Auf Anfragen wird nicht reagiert.

servizio pessimo come tutti i negozi che decidono di affidare le proprie consegne a GLS. Tempi infiniti e spedizioni che non arrivano. pessima esperienza

The shop and their products look great, but their international shipping through GLS is a disaster. After placing my order, a shipping label was created almost immediately. However, it has been a full week now and the tracking status is still stuck on 'label created, not yet handed over to GLS'. To this day, I still have not received the package. The bike has clearly been sitting in their warehouse for days waiting to be picked up. The promised delivery times are completely unreliable. If you order here, prepare to have a lot of patience.

Placed a review on their website and a comment on their instagram. They deleted both... Tried to contact them, u get an automated message back.

When placing an order, they got my sale due to the promised delivery time. After placing an order, they took my money and didn't send any confirmation of order or anything via email. After 3 emails from me asking for confirmation, i got my order number. Now writing this 9 days after i placed my order, I don't have the product yet, nor do you get a proposed delivery date via email. You're told to 'have patience'. Genuinely feel like I've been scammed the only thing that gives me hope is the fact they have an instagram page with lots of followers but that doesn't really mean anything.

** you can't make these things up but 15 mins after writing the review i recieve my tracking confirmation. Maybe there is hope after all

5-6 werkdagen levering werd 2 weken, 3 weken, 4 weken. Telkens zelf om een update moeten vragen, maar nooit meer informatie gekregen dan "je bestelling wordt klaargemaakt".
Bestel hier niet.

Bienvenue dans les bas-fonds d'Internet, là où des sociétés bidon vendent ce qu'elles n'ont pas en magasin, où des bots codés en 1997 vous renvoient vers un formulaire en boucle, et où, une fois le formulaire complété et les mails envoyés, personne ne répond.

Habe dort ein seltenes Teil für einen Deda Vorbau bestellt. Nach einer Woche immernoch keine Versandbestätigung. Auf Nachfrage wurde versichert, dir Sendung ginge am nächsten Tag raus. Nach dem Wochenende kam dann die Bestätigung von gls und Überraschung, der Shop ist in Spanien. Der Versand ist mittlerweile bei acht Tagen. Die Seite war auf Deutsch und es waren drei bis vier Werktage Lieferzeit angegeben. Hätte ich das gewusst hätte ich gleich bei trade inn bestellt wie sonst auch immer.

Absolute Katastrophe. Ich warte seit knapp 2 Monaten auf mein Fahrrad. Angegebene Lieferfrist ist längst überschritten. Auf etliche Nachfragen nur eine Antwort vom Kundendienst erhalten, dass innerhalb von 2 Tagen versendet wird. Auch diese Frist ist längst überschritten. Also Fingerweg am besten. Nie wieder werde ich hier bestellen.

Am 16.06.2024 habe ich eine Satteltasche der Marke Brooks für ca. 105,- € gekauft. Diese habe ich an mein neues Schindelhauer-Fahrrad Heinrich angebracht. Nach 18 Monaten und ca. 1.500 km sind die beiden Lederriemen, an denen die Satteltasche am Sattel befestigt waren gerissen. Meine Reklamation bei Santafixie hat sich bis heute, 12.05.2026, hingezogen und wurde mit dem Hinweis, dass es sich um normaln Verschleiß handeln würde, abgelehnt.

"Bought a SUM Ucco MID-E in August 2025. After 7 months, both tyres developed numerous cracks on both sidewalls – a clear material defect. Santafixie refused to honour the statutory EU warranty (Directive 2019/771), claiming it was caused by external objects. Their explanation is physically impossible: cracks on both sides of both tyres cannot be caused by road debris. After multiple emails and formal legal notices they simply repeated the same rejection. I am now filing a complaint with the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net). Buyer beware – they do not stand behind their products."

I purchased a couple of wheels a week ago. On their website it said 3-4 work days for shipping. I wrote 3 emails to customer service, no answers whatsoever! Worst e-commerce experience I've had in a while! Don't buy on santafixie!

I placed an order and the shipping times were completely disregarded. Despite multiple follow-ups, I never received a proper update from the team — only vague reassurances that the order was "being prepared," which never led to anything.
I had to open a dispute through PayPal to get my money back. Fortunately, that worked.
I would not recommend this shop to anyone who needs a reliable delivery. Very disappointing experience overall.

Worst company ever…. Yes they have a wide range of parts which makes it seem very attractive though please think twixe before ordering.

I Ordered a couple of 28” tyre sets, after almost a month of waiting
( i payed extra for it to be delivered by UPS within 4 days ) they still didn’t arrive. Then finally after long waiting and countless ignored emails i got my package (which they send with GLS instead?)

Guess what? Wrong tyres…. These idiots send me 26” creme tyres which don’t even look close to a set of 28” racer tyres.

Deeply disappointed and not my first rodeo with this company unfortunately.

Op de eerste plaats: alles is geleverd zoals besteld en de prijzen zijn concurrerend. De prijs en het assortiment was eigenlijk ook de reden om hier te bestellen.

Maar, de levertijd is lang en ik werd tussentijds niet echt op de hoogte gehouden. Hier is ruimte voor verbetering.

Heb mijn bestelling nooit gekregen en de customer support reageert niet op mijn emails.
Bijna 400,- euro aan spullen die nooit geleverd zijn, dit bedrijf is niet te vertrouwen.

Review of an order of 2 couple of tires and 6 inner tubes.
1 couple of tires never arrived, here a detailed breakdown of what didn't work:

-products were showing as in stock but were not
-the hellospring code was 10% off the total, but it was arbitrarily applied only to some products (there was no indication such as "on selected products only")
-lack of a detailed breakdown at checkout (which products the discount was applied to and by how much?)
-lack of proactive communication regarding the delay (e.g.: this item is not in stock, would you like a refund? would you like to choose other products? would you like to wait?)
-no response to follow-ups regarding the 21-day delay
-no communication regarding the decision made by Santafixie on how to resolve the order
-missing packing slip in the box to verify the items included
-no attempt at compensation for the inconvenience

waardeloos bedrijf na een maand de bestelling nog niet binnen op geen enkele reactie van het bedrijf 1 ster is nog teveel

Lang wachten op producten.
Gebruikte lekker binnenband ontvangen ipv 2 nieuw in doosje.

Terrible experience. The service was worthless and the item I received had clearly already been used. Customer service reads and responds to emails days later, and the replies seem to come from some kind of language bot, often completely missing the point of the question.
The product was also listed as in stock, and I even asked for confirmation beforehand, only to find out later that it was not available at all.
The website may look professional and attractive, but that is where the positive aspects end. Think carefully before ordering from this company.
