I needed to rebook a flight and had trouble with the payment. The customer care (which is in the Phillipines) took more than 2 hours to send me a link. It was a fraud website "Amadeus". As the site was done quite good and me beeing under pressure, I paid € 186. Never got a cofirmation, nor did KLM get the money. The scandal is that I have been lured to a fraudulent site by an employee of KLM and they did not offer me to pay for that and after 10 conversations on WhatsApp were merely able to apologize for my hassle. That company doesnt take responsiblity for devious behavior of their staff. So never pay something on "Amadeus"

DO NOT USE THE UPGRADE FUNCTION. I used upgrade as a once in a lifetime option to move from economy to business class flying to Peru. They upgraded one way and just to premium on the way back. However the charge was the full cost of business class. I made a complaint that they ignored and closed after 5 months with no contact. I know that sounds like a minor thing but the cost was huge for once in a lifetime. So disappointed. Just wish I had this review before I used the function.

My baggage was delayed. I got no information with regard to a time my delayed bag would be delivered. I’ve logged a claim. It’s been nearly 4 weeks and I have heard nothing from them. I’ve tried to call but their automated response just tells you to log your claim online and hangs up. If you actually get speaking to someone (which is extremely rare) they tell you they can’t help and to call the number that hangs up on you without dealing with your query.
And their WhatsApp messaging service takes nearly 2 weeks to reply.

Currently waiting on a plane to depart that has been delayed approx I hour. That is after being bumped from a previous flight due to KLM overbooking. Won’t be flying with KLM ever again.

KLM left me stranded and at risk of homelessness in the Netherlands after the final fight on my itinerary was cancelled. They claim that they didn’t owe me a replacement flight or accommodation because the cancellation was due to bad weather, but that was a lie. The gate desk employees at Schiphol were rude and unhelpful, telling me to go away because they were too busy to answer questions from travellers.

I was able to fly home on a different KLM flight that same evening, though I had to pay an extra €700 for the privilege of not being homeless in a foreign country. They lost my bag on that flight, despite a clear and unambiguous promise from one of their employees that my suitcase would absolutely be transferred to my new flight.

Their online/phone customer service department is an incredible combination of unhelpful and stupid, and I recently got a first response to a support ticket I submitted over 6 months ago. Despite having half a year to figure out what’s going on, the advent had no clue of the facts of the matter - wrong issue, wrong flights, wrong everything. It is a miracle this place is still in business, and if I ever have to give them smoother cent to fly with them again it’ll be too soon.

I'm highly disappointed and devasted by poor service I ever had from any airline.
Agent mistake he charged me without flight and I'm waiting for my refund , no ones picks up the fone long delays more than one hour fone holding I'm failed to establish a contact with KLM ireland....
My money gone without flight I booked expensive ticket then latter I put up the claim but still no response from claim side...
I'm just hopeless ....
