Great product : fast, easy to ride, good equipment, and perfect quality.
Fast shipping and easy to assemble.
Only one negative point : customer service is really hard to contact and the answer is very late.
Anyway I’m very satisfied with this purchase and I highly recommend the Super 73 R-Adventure !

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Nonexistant!
Nice bike but their customer service is TERRIBLE! I have been trying to connect with someone for weeks. My son rode this $2500 Bike for 1 week and the brake pads came lose and 1 fell out. I have tried reaching someone about this. Noone has responded. We took the ebike to the shop, they put the brakes back in, $90.

Velo inutilisable si non debride
Velo inutilisable si non debride. (Rigolo avec la gachette je l accorde, mais autonomie derisoire).
Ils ne sont pas fait pour pedaler; axe de pedale minuscule, pedalier giganteste et pignon minuscule ainsi qu un moteur tres poussif au demarage en mode homologue (voir velo impossible a utiliser sans moteur ).
En fait tres cher au vu des equipements. Un velo de marque avec un bon moteur pedalier fait bien mieux pour presque moins cher (Souplesse, reprise, demarrage en cote).
Faite votre choix, mais a mon avis ce n est pas du tout un bon velo. (Et j en ai eu quelqu un!! Mon pire je pense).

Client support takes 3 weeks to answer a simple request about cancelling the order, as you cannot cancel online by yourself.
Surprinsingly, I received the cancel order form after the allowed cancelling period.
Package delivery status does not work, the delivery arrived on a random day, not annonced, thankfully I was home.

Stopped working after first firmware update
Had the bike for 2 days. I did drive 5 km. Made an firmware update and since then it stopped working.
Now i am waiting for more than a week for an answer from their support.

J'avais un problème avec mon écran super 73 m'en a expédié un nouveau sous garantie
tout s'est bien passé le service après vente a été parfait ! Juste que maintenant mon appli ne le reconnais pas donc impossible de m'en servir et la malgré des demandes d'aide plus de nouvelles ! L'appli est difficile à gérer !
