Les vélos Rad Power bike sont de très mauvaise qualité. L’électronique est super fragile n’est pas garanti et finalement vous coûtera cher sans parler de la gêne occasionnée. À mon sens, il vaut mieux dépenser un petit peu plus dans une marque de qualité.

Hit and run with your money. You got a bike (that at least) but parts, service is not included.
If the market no longer makes money, the company leaves without leaving any after-sales service behind. You just have to find your spare parts somewhere on the internet in the hope that they are compatible with the bike model you have.

I am a big fan of Rad Runner; it is possibly the best bike I have ever owned. I would like to thank the engineers and developers for their excellent work. But that's not what this is about.
I don't understand why SEO companies make such terrible decisions as to completely withdraw from Europe. Why did you guys create your market in Europe and then abandon everything to fate? What about your customers in Europe? What are they supposed to do now? Where can they buy spare parts? I'm not even asking about the bikes themselves and where to buy them... what about the owners of your bikes? This is a despicable act! It's just spitting in your customers' faces! Shame on you!

SCAMMY COMPANY THAT EXITED EUROPE DUE TO IT.

DO NOT TAKE THE INSURANCE IT'S A SCAM. I bought their locks and insurance (Qover) as instructed during check out. They also don't offer other locks so they use deception to scam. I followed all the rules and my bike got stolen in front of my apartment. When I contacted them, they pointed the fine lines in the insurance contract that said (word for word), "getting your bike stolen is an act of god" and only insured if you use AXA locks (which they don't sell). Absolutely despicable.

Do not buy one of their products you can’t get hold of them. They send you emails which state they’ll contact you in a few days and never do the people that they used to shipper absolutely a waste of time you have to go through multiple processes to even get anybody to contact you and we’ve had no contact whatsoever from them and I’ve contacted America and the CEO of the company whom has left and resigned in America and changed hands What does that tell you?

All I want is the battery to go around to use my bike so they don’t get on with my life at 72 years old. I’d like to be able to do this as soon as possible hopefully before I’m pop my clogs my partner now has not been out for two months on his bike . Do you think this is fair? Do you think this is necessary when we have to change the bike originally because the chain and the mechanism was broken and we waited eight weeks for that.

I ordered a replacement battery on 1 of august. Not even now after more than one month i dont have a delivery date. Customer service non existent, they dont reply to emails.

Contrôleur du vélo a lâché. Hors garantie, j ai du débourser 250€ pour un contrôleur neuf. Deux mois plus tard, le moteur roue arrière a lâché; coût du remplacement 400€ dans les frais de port. J abandonne donc cette marque qui n est absolument pas fiable. Je ne peux que recommander d aller voir ailleurs afin de ne pas perdre trop d argent. Seul point positif, le service client est agréable et sympathique.

The shipping time is way too long. I have been waiting over a week now for my replacement part and they tell me it takes 15 business days for them to ship it.

Within 2 years I had a lot of issues with my bike;
Damaged battery by delivery.
Multiple broken wires, worn tires.
I even lost a few reflectors while cycling.

In the beginning they were very helpfull.
Now they won't respond anymore on my emails.

In the end; the bike was most of the time not usable.

twee fietsen gekocht, de eerste vloog in brand, deze werd vergoed. De tweede een maand op kunnen fietsen toen was deze electronisch kapot. Hier al een jaar over aan het mailen. Steeds dezelfde vragen, steeds andere medewerkers op de mail. Telefonisch nergens te bereiken. Staat nu al een jaar een fiets stil zonder oplossing van Rad Bike. kortom: slechte kwaliteit met een nog slechtere service!

I have multiple exchanges with Rad Europe after ordering an inner tube in September. I know that they were moving warehouses but since then I have had many dates and promises of delivery that have not been fulfilled. I receive emails at random times of the night which suggests most of the emails are either cut and pasted or generated automatically.
I have tried to speak with senior customer advisors to ask why an innertube cannot be sent when they initially told me orders would be sent after October. My bike is sitting in a bike shop and nothing can be done. This is a very stressful experience. They sent the delivery once to an incorrect address.
This has been a very frustrating experience, based upon false promises and I really wish there was another option. I have spent over 2000 pounds on this Radwagon 4 and I feel like throwing it in the bin so that I can start again and never have to work with Radwagon again.

In sum, they left Europe and left its customers high and dry.

Seit 25.9.24 schreibe ich mit Rad Powerbikes. Bei meinem Rad ist nach einem Jahr irgendwas an der Electronic defekt.
Anstatt der Vorschlag kam ich soll von einer Radwerstatt eine Fehlersuche machen lassen und Rad Powerbikes übernimmt die kosten, wurde lieber 2 Wochen per Matl alle 3 Tage einem sinnlose tips gegeben welche man selber schon versucht hatte, denn diese Tips stehen auf der Webseite.
Am 12.10.24 wurde man sich dann mal einig das mir ein Controler gesendet wird mit dem Hinweis nicht vor dem 21.10.24, dieser Controler wurde bis heute nicht versendet!
Beim täglichen nach fragen wann das Ersatzteil nun versendet wird bekam ich diese Woche keine Antwort!
Kein Wunder das dieser Saftladen sich aus der EU zurück zog!!!

Ich würde am liebsten minus 10 Sterne geben!!
Leute kauft Euer Rad wo anders aber nicht bei Rad Powerbikes
Update: wegen Lagerumstrucktuierung wurde aus dem 21.10 der 28.10 als geschätzter Versand meines Ersatzteils. Heute ist der 1.11.24 und das Ersatzteil wurde immer noch nicht versendet!!! Ich warte nun schon 6 Wochen, Kundenservice im Garantiefall kennt Rad Powerbikes nicht!!! Das ich nun rechtliche Schritte einleiten werde ist denen Egal!!
Update: Am 5,11.24 wurde mir mit geteilt das man mir kein Lieferdatum für das Ersatzteil nennen kann, das nenne ich Kundenverarsche!!! Somit warne ich Euch erneut vor Rad Power Bikes!!!!!
Update 13.11.24 Jede andere Firma versucht seine Kunden zu frieden zu stellen. Bei Rad Power Bikes ist das anders, ich bekomme immer die selben antworten" Wegen Lagerumstrucktuierung verzögert sich alles", das nun schon 2 Monate, das Ersatzteil hätte man auch beim Hersteller bestellen können. Ich glaube mittlerweile das mein Ersatzteil im November immer noch nicht geliefert wird! Update, am 17.11.24 die neue Ausrede " das Ersatzteil hätte das Leger nun verlassen". . Aber im Kundenkonto steht immer noch Unfulfilled und ich bekam auch keine Sendungsnummer. Am 22.11.24 nach knapp 2 Monate Wartezeit wurde das Ersatzteil geliefert

Radwagon 4 developed a fault after 9 months. I started emailing them which has been ongoing for the last 5-6 months. The bike has been fully unusable and off the road since summer. They diagnosed it as a wiring harness and a controller which both needed replaced (I should say that the advice and diagnosis - from many people at RAD (each email is a different person responding) - was frequently contradictory. To the point I had to ask them to stop and sort it out before mailing me next.
I got the harness months ago - no change.
The Controller? Out of stock, no ETA.
They eventually told me - 7 weeks - ago that stock was available and it the controller was 1 week away.
Then it was stuck in customs for weeks (maybe even a month).
Then it was in the warehouse for 2 weeks waiting to be sent (no comms from them, I chased for that info).
Then they're moving to a new warehouse and won't be able to mail anything out til at least the end of the month.
Never an apology.

It's like Kafka.
Every mail is answered by a different person. Every mail ends with "if you have any other questions feel free to reach out", so you ask your question and a week later you still don't have a reply. You'll chase it and eventually get one, but it won't answer your question, it'll just be another reason why your problem can't be fixed. Never an apology. They'll sign off with 'Stay Rad!'

Maddening. Appalling. £2k and all I have is a 40kg shed weight.

Nach ca. einem halben Jahr funktionierte mein Rad schlagartig nicht mehr. Der Kundsenservice zwecks Garantie ist leider absolut mangelhaft!

Seit bereits zwei Monaten und 20 Mails hin und her ist keine Lösungsfindung seitend Radpowerbikes festzustellen. Ich bekomme Mails von wechselnden "Servicemitarbeitern" die mich beten Bilder von verschiedenen Steckerbindungen am Rad zu senden. Jedes mal wenn ich ein Bild sende wollen sie (natürlich nachdem sie eine Woche für eine Antwort gebraucht haben) noch ein anderen Bild sehen.

Mittlerweile werden sogar Bilder angefordert, die ich schon vor mehreren Wochen gesendet habe. Der Kreis geht also von vorne los.

Ich habe mich bereits mehrfach beschwert. Auch bei "eu-info [at] radpowerbikes.com".

Ich hoffe radpwoerbikes sieht diese Bewertung und bemüht sich zeitnah um Besserung. Verbraucherzentrale ist bereits informiert, da diese Firma sich offensichtlch nicht an die Garantiebestimmungen hält.

never again - have been waiting for replacement parts the motor (bike was only 1,5 years in use) for more than 5 months, still no visibility on delivery times. endless conversation with customer service leads nowhere and no refund or whatsoever.

Vélo acheté, mi 2022. En panne dès début 2024, sans l'avoir utilisé intensément. Après m'être plainte au service après vente aux USA; on m'a finalement remboursé la nouvellle batterie.
Mais le vélo ne fonctionne toujours pas. Sans compté que le seul revendeur en Belgique se trouve à 200 km de chez moi

Mijn vriendin en ik hebben al sinds 2022 een RAD Powerbike. we zijn er zeer tevreden over en hebben al lange ritten gemaakt in Zuid Frankrijk en Rome, probleemloos! Dat ze weg zijn uit Europa doet niets af aan de goede service van Kwikfit. En ja, het duurt langer voordat je onderdelen ontvangt, dan moet je maar geduld hebben. Kortom, we zijn zeer tevreden over de fietsen en de service van Kwikfit.

Fiets Rad Rhino 6 Stepthru gekocht , wat een bak van een fiets! Flinke trapondersteuning, stevige wielen en rijdt erg lekker. Had er eigenlijk nog wel 1 gewild voor mijn vrouw en/of dochter, die "lenen" hem nu te vaak van mij... 1 x een defectje gehad in het display , maar na communicatie met Rad Power Europe was dat snel opgelost. ( nieuwe display toegestuurd gekregen en was er binnen een week!
