J'ai eu un accident nécessitant le changement du cadre il y a plusieurs mois. A ce jour aucune nouvelle pour obtenir un cadre que je veux acheter. Aucun service après vente pour un vélo à plus de 4.000 Euros. Cela s'apparente à de l'escroquerie.

Excellent service and amazing support
I had a great experience with Super73 customer service. The team was very responsive and professional, but I especially want to highlight Ramoncito Pacia — he was incredibly helpful.
Ramoncito assisted me through every step, answered all my questions clearly, and really went out of his way to help in all situations. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer and finding the best solution, not just closing a ticket.
Because of this level of support, I feel confident continuing with Super73. Big thanks to Ramoncito for the outstanding service!

Good bike , but …
I’m really happy with my Super73 order — the bike arrived on time and everything works perfectly.
However, the box was completely damaged when it showed up (luckily nothing inside was broken), and I was told by Super73 support that the bike would come with the Pro 750 battery, but I received a 500 instead.
Overall great product, but the battery mix-up and the condition of the packaging were disappointing.

Ik heb een slot van €130 gekocht wat te…
Ik heb een slot van €130 gekocht wat te klein blijkt te zijn. Via de website is het heel onduidelijk hoe je het retour moet zenden. Uiteindelijk blijkt dat het alleen via de chat kan maar dan moet je eerst foto's maken en een vragenlijst doorlopen. Dan denk je dat je er bent maar nee dan gaan ze het eerst beoordelen met daarbij het bericht dat het lang kan duren voordat je een reactie krijgt. Frustrerend en niet van deze tijd.

Always happy to help, customer service is always super motivated to come up with a good solution for the customer. Really appreciate your service! Also, it’s amazing to see how they developed over the years. Spare parts for example have become easily available these days. Keep it up guys!

The bike was delivered not well prepared (suspension, pinion gear).
Disappointed as well by the motor assistance mode.
After have checked these points by an official reseller, the after-sale service doesn’t answer anymore

Aucunes réponse au service client, cela fait 12j que j'ai commandé, toujours aucunes trace d'expédition ou informations.
Le support client ne répond pas clairement à mes questions et ne veut pas me dire ou est mon vélo, ou quand est-ce qu'il sera commandé.
Lors de mon achat, le site indiquait 2 à 4j pour la livraison, mais ce n'est qu'un mensonge, ce n'est pas le genre d'expérience que je souhaite en dépensant +3500€ dans un vélo

Hyper déçue de ce vélo électrique à…
Hyper déçue de ce vélo électrique à plus de 2400 euros. Reçu neuf, j'ai du faire changer les freins 3 fois en moins de 3 mois pour un usage plus que limité.
Et ce n'est pas tout, le vélo fait des bruits constamment de frottements, de cliquetis qui nécessitent d'être réparés à chaque fois pour ne pas abîmer le vélo davantage.
Ce n'est pas du tout de la bonne qualité au prix où on le paye. Bien évidemment, SUPER73 ne veut rien savoir et ne considère pas qu'il y a un défaut de fabrication. Résultat, un vélo NEUF qui fonctionne MAL, je ne conseille pas SUPER73, ce n'est pas sérieux et le service client se dédouane de tout.
