After buying a few bikes there, the last one arrived pretty damaged. There were multiple written apologies and the advice to simply repaint the damaged areas. No compensation, no concessions. There was also no bike lock, which was supposed to be included with the bike as a bonus. You really only pay for the name. I am happy with the goods, but I will neither recommend the European branch nor will I ever shop there again.

Velo mal assemblé, du jeu dans la direction, j'ai du acheter une cale de 3mm, le service qualité aurait du voir ce défaut.

Pand staat helemaal leeg.
De werkplaats medewerker die in een andere ruimte zit zei ik weet niet hoe lang dit nog open blijft maar het hele pand + showroom is weg.
Kijk ik ook niet van op met de service wat ze leveren.

Your website states 1 to 2 days for delivery, that's a lie cause I have waited over 2 weeks for my order to be delivered.

La qualité de l’emballage est tout simplement parfaite, le service est +- rapide et la prise en main est très facile. Un point à améliorer est peut-être de tenir + au courant les clients durant la période de livraison. Après un achat de ce montant, on attend qu’une seule chose c’est de l’avoir à la maison. 🥹

**Extremely Disappointed with Super73 – Horrible Experience After Spending Over $10,000**

I am beyond frustrated with my experience after purchasing over $10,000 worth of electric bikes from Super73. The whole process has been an absolute nightmare, and I feel completely let down by the company.

It all started in July 2024 when my son’s rear bolt snapped on his $5,000 bike just shy of two years old. Naturally, I expected a prompt resolution, especially for a product that costs that much. I reached out for help through their online inquiry system (since there’s no phone number to call), and received an email from a representative named Ismael. I was told they were in the process of moving locations and that my request would be reviewed once they were settled in, and I would be contacted. Fast forward to mid-to-late August, and still no resolution.

I followed up, again only via email, asking for a call back from a manager, as I felt the service was falling short. Despite my request, no one reached out, and I was still stuck with a defective bike. I had been led to believe that my son’s bike would be covered under warranty, especially given the price. But after two months, I was informed that I would need to pay for the broken bolt. To my shock, the replacement part was $600 – not for just the bolt, but for an entire new wheel and motor set! This was for a broken bolt that should have been covered under warranty, not a safety issue!

After numerous back-and-forth emails (with 3-4 day delays in response times), I reluctantly paid the $600 for the new wheel set. Weeks passed, and I reached out to Ismael again to check on the status. To my disbelief, I was told that I needed to send back the defective wheel before they would ship me the new one I had already paid for! My frustration was through the roof – my son had been without his bike for over three months at this point, and I had already paid for what should have been a warranty/safety issue.

Now, six months have gone by since this all began, and I’m still dealing with this painful, drawn-out process. No manager has ever reached out to discuss my concerns, and no resolution has been provided. I’m forced to write this review to warn future customers about the horrible customer service and lack of accountability from Super73.

If you’re considering buying from them, I strongly recommend you think twice. My experience has been nothing short of a disaster, and it seems like they don’t care about customer satisfaction or resolving issues in a timely manner.

Overall good experience - 2 weeks from bike (z miami) has arrived.
Hope that bike and battery will be robust on the long run.

Najia was out when this time, and she was wonderful! Best customer service yet. The fact that you no longer ship to Spain is disappointing as there are no authorized dealers here. How do we get parts? This time they made an exception. But in the future? It is also disappointing that there is often no customer service.

Habe mit Auslieferung ein defektes Rad erhalten. Seit Monaten warte ich nun auf eine Klärung. Es ist erstaunlich, dass diese Firma überhaupt noch existiert.

Mon vélo est en panne depuis 3 mois et, après 50 échanges par mail avec la marque, j’attends toujours la livraison d’une nouvelle batterie.

Même sous garantie, ils sont incapables de gérer leur stock de pièces et priorisent les nouvelles ventes au détriment des clients existants… Une honte pour une marque qui vend des vélos à 5000 € !
