The headlight of bike have a problem. It doesn't work. So i sent an email 3 times but u never reponse.

If I could turn back time I would never have purchased an electric bike from this company. The bikes are way too heavy and do not ride 25km/h, let alone when a person is on them that they ride that fast. In an incline you even have to go by foot. The service is also unacceptable. When I wanted to return the bike in person, this less than 24h after delivery, I heard nothing more from customer service. I absolutely do not recommend this bike and hope this is read by potential buyers. Do not buy it!
It is definitely not worth its money.

Snelle en duidelijke informatie over de procedure. Vriendelijk, vakkundig en meedenkend. En een soort van accountmanager/ vast aanspreekpunt. Top!

Customer service is really bad. No response in a week. Now I can't return my bike anymore.

Impossible d’avoir quelqu’un en ligne, il faut des semaines pour avoir une réponse, je ne peut toujours pas me connecter à l’appli et je relance toutes les semaines depuis le 4 avril…. Soit 7 semaines… je suis très mécontente. D’autant que j’ai eu beaucoup de soucis avec ce vélo. Ce qui est bien dommage, il ne suffit pas d’avoir le style, à ce prix il faut aussi la technique et le sav. J’attends de vos nouvelles très rapidement.

Koop het niet! Je krijgt service voor aankoop maar nadien krijg je absoluut geen gehoor meer van het bedrijf. Ik heb de fiets ontvangen en wou hem dezelfde dag nog terugbrengen. Hij gaat niet vooruit en je kan hem niet als fiets gebruiken. Dit is tot nu mijn grootste teleurstelling in elektrische voertuigen dat ik aankocht!
Het is absoluut zijn geld niet waard, kies voor een ander merk, je krijgt elders ook de service inbegrepen, wat hier het geval niet is.

Ik probeer hen sinds twee weken te contacteren per telefoon en mail, geen gehoor.

We wanted to get a fat bike for our son for some time and after extensive research Super 73 won us with their customer service and their great bikes as well. Honestly! Seamless customer experience. Thank you again Lloyd!

Great bikes. Poor delivery and inexistent after sales.
Late delivery, no notice. Had some questions re missing accessories, still waiting for answer.

If you are looking for an ebike that is not standard fare, this is the right place for you. Brilliant looks, good workmanship and extremely comfortable. No other bike gives you the feeling that comes across here. But as far as I am concerned, there is also a drawback: There is no base in Germany. I would have had to drive several hundred kilometers to test drive it. Otherwise, I would buy it again any time ;)
