I returned my product in December

I returned my product in December, but Klarna still hasn’t contacted the shop to organize my refund. I’ve tried multiple times to resolve this through both phone support and chat, but I keep getting passed around with no real help or progress.

This has been extremely frustrating and time-consuming. After this experience, I’ll gladly pay by card in the future instead of using Klarna again. Update: Sent several emails, but Klarna has not contacted me. I will contact the Norwegian Consumer Council.

Jeg er veldig fornøyd med å handle hos…

Jeg er veldig fornøyd med å handle hos Computersalg.no! Det jeg liker spesielt godt er den detaljerte oversikten over leveringsprosessen. Man får en dag-for-dag oppdatering på hvor varen befinner seg, helt fra fjernlager til lokallager og videre til levering.

Eksempelvis kunne jeg følge bestillingen min slik:
• Sending fra fjernlager
• Transport til lokallager
• Mottakelse og videresending
• Forventet levering på leveringsadressen

Denne gjennomsiktigheten gjør at jeg hele tiden vet hvor varen er, og det gir en ekstra trygghet.

Jeg kan trygt anbefale Computersalg.no – profesjonell oppfølging, ryddig kommunikasjon og en veldig god handleopplevelse!

Vi har vært uten internett i flere uker, og Telia ser ikke ut til å bry seg om å løse problemet. Kundeservice gir lite hjelp og oppfølging, og vi får ingen tydelige svar på når feilen skal fikses. Svært skuffende opplevelse – forventer mye bedre fra en så stor leverandør.

I used Fromsmash to send important files, but the upload was suddenly suspended after just a few days. There was no warning or clear explanation. This makes the service feel unreliable—especially when you’re depending on it for professional work. I won’t be using it again.

Styr unna – useriøst selskap!

Jeg ble trukket 150 kroner fra bankkortet mitt av Surf Rides AS, men får verken brukt beløpet eller aktivert turer med scooterne deres. Til tross for flere henvendelser har jeg ikke fått noe svar – verken på e-post eller via appen. De nekter å refundere pengene eller gi en forklaring.

Dette føles som svindel, og det virker som selskapet ikke bryr seg om kundene sine i det hele tatt. Anbefales på det sterkeste å styre unna!

Veldig fornøyd kunde

Jeg er veldig fornøyd med servicen hos Vitusapotek! Etter at jeg opplevde en feil i nettbutikken med valg av fraktalternativ, tok jeg kontakt, og jeg ble møtt med profesjonell og hyggelig behandling. De undersøkte saken grundig og forklarte tydelig hva som hadde skjedd – en teknisk glipp i systemet som de nå jobber med å forbedre. Jeg setter stor pris på ærligheten og at de tar kundetilbakemeldinger på alvor. I tillegg fikk jeg en rabattkode som kompensasjon, noe som viser at de virkelig bryr seg om kundene sine. Anbefaler Vitusapotek på det varmeste!

Great Experience with fiio.eu - 4 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently purchased the Fiio JM21 from fiio.eu and have been thoroughly pleased with both the product and service. The ordering process was straightforward, and the website was easy to navigate.
The Fiio JM21 arrived in perfect condition and has been working flawlessly since day one. The sound quality is excellent, just as advertised, and it's clearly a well-made product that delivers on its promises.
What impressed me most was the quality of customer service. Any questions I had were addressed promptly, and the overall purchasing experience felt professional and reliable.

Eksepsjonell kundeservice hos Farmasiet

Jeg hadde nylig en opplevelse med Farmasiet som virkelig demonstrerer hvordan kundeservice skal være. Etter at Post Nord ikke klarte å levere pakken min, tok jeg kontakt med Farmasiet for å forklare situasjonen.
Deres respons var intet mindre enn eksemplarisk. Ikke bare refunderte de hele beløpet umiddelbart, men de ga meg også en rabattkode til bruk på mitt neste kjøp. Dette viser en bedrift som virkelig verdsetter sine kunder og tar ansvar selv når problemet ligger hos en tredjepart (i dette tilfellet Post Nord).
Det som imponerte meg mest var hvor enkelt og problemfritt hele prosessen var. Ingen unødvendige spørsmål eller byråkrati - bare ren, effektiv kundeservice med en løsningsorientert tilnærming.
I en tid der god kundeservice ofte kan være mangelvare, skiller Farmasiet seg virkelig ut. De har vist at de ikke bare selger produkter, men at de også bryr seg om kundene sine og deres opplevelse fra start til slutt.
Farmasiet har definitivt sikret seg en lojal kunde i meg, og jeg kan ikke anbefale dem sterkt nok. Dette er kundeservice på sitt aller beste - bedre kan det virkelig ikke bli!

Skuffende oppfølging og behandling

Ikke fornøyd med behandlingen hos Dr. Dropin. Sendte et generelt spørsmål før timen som aldri ble besvart. Under konsultasjonen fikk jeg ikke en fullstendig diagnose for problemet mitt. Jeg forstår at det kan være utfordrende når legen ikke har tilgang til min journal, men det burde likevel være mer som kunne gjøres.
Alt jeg fikk var en anbefaling om å slutte med et medikament, noe som viste seg å være utilstrekkelig da problemene bare ble verre etterpå. I tillegg ble urinprøven jeg leverte kontaminert, og jeg ble aldri kontaktet for å ta en ny prøve.
Savner bedre oppfølging og grundigere undersøkelse av symptomene mine.

Ekstremt skuffende kundeservice fra…

Ekstremt skuffende kundeservice fra Skeidar. Jeg har sendt e-post angående en forsinket leveranse uten å få noe som helst svar. Det er helt uakseptabelt at et stort møbelselskap som Skeidar ikke engang kan ta seg bryet med å svare kundene sine.
Det er frustrerende nok at leveransen er forsinket, men det som virkelig er kritikkverdig er den totale mangelen på kommunikasjon.
Når man bruker penger hos en butikk, forventer man i det minste grunnleggende kundeservice. Å ignorere kundehenvendelser er særdeles uprofesjonelt. Jeg kommer definitivt ikke til å handle hos Skeidar igjen og anbefaler andre å tenke seg om to ganger før de gjør det samme.

Service leaves much to be desired

We have been using Superb Experience for some time, but unfortunately, our experience has been less than satisfactory. The response time is too slow when we need their help, which can be frustrating when issues are time-sensitive. Additionally, some of their staff seem inexperienced and lack knowledge about the platform, which has led to delays in resolving our concerns.

The platform itself could also use significant improvements to enhance usability and reliability. On a positive note, a few of their support staff are excellent and have provided helpful assistance, but overall, the service leaves much to be desired.

Incomplete product received - missing critical components

Product: 23inch Wig Head Mannequin Head with Wig Stand Tripod, Manikin Canvas Head Set for Wigs Making Display with Wig caps, T Pins Set

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from GzDrm Official Store. The product listing clearly advertised a complete set including:

- 23-inch mannequin head
- Tripod stand
- Wig caps
- T-pins set

However, I only received the canvas head portion. ALL other components were missing from the package:

- NO tripod stand
- NO wig caps
- NO T-pins
- NO additional accessories

This is completely unacceptable as I specifically ordered this set for its complete wig-making supplies. Without the stand, caps, and pins, the head alone is essentially useless for my intended purpose. The product description explicitly promised a complete set, making this partial delivery misleading and frustrating.

Communication attempts:

- Contacted seller immediately upon receipt
- Provided photos of incomplete delivery
- Requested missing components
- No satisfactory resolution reached

PROS:

- Canvas head appears to be of decent quality
- Shipping was on time

CONS:

- Incomplete delivery
- Missing essential components
- Poor value for money
- Misleading product listing
- Inadequate customer service response

I cannot recommend this store or product to other buyers. The incomplete delivery and subsequent lack of resolution have made this purchase a complete waste of money. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere for your wig-making supplies.

I strongly advise against using Semrush…

I strongly advise against using Semrush based on my deeply frustrating experience with their service and billing practices.
During our trial period, we encountered significant access issues that prevented us from using the platform at all. Despite being unable to access the service, Semrush continued to charge our account. Multiple attempts to resolve this situation proved unsuccessful.
Key issues:

- Platform access blocked during trial period
- Unable to use the service we were being charged for
- Continued billing despite lack of access
- Poor customer service response

While Semrush may offer useful SEO tools, our experience with their billing practices and customer service raises serious red flags. I recommend exploring alternative SEO platforms that have more transparent and reliable business practices.

Update: A week has now passed since this issue was reported. It is still unresolved.
