I won't be using it again
I used Fromsmash to send important files, but the upload was suddenly suspended after just a few days. There was no warning or clear explanation. This makes the service feel unreliable—especially when you’re depending on it for professional work. I won’t be using it again.

We're sorry for the trouble you experienced and understand your disappointment. On the free version of Smash, files are available for 7 days by default. Occasionally, a transfer may be suspended earlier if our system detects unusual activity—even if it's a false positive. We agree that a clearer warning would help, and we’re working to improve this.
