Thanks Winstanleys. Received the MAVIC ALLROAD S GRAVEL wheel and HG11 ID360 hub all ok. Brilliant upgrade to the stock wheels and hub on the Specialized Crosstrail. No complaints

I ordered some pedals and a stem from…

I ordered some pedals and a stem from Alltricks in France the very same day that I ordered a headset from Winstanleys (on the 28/01/26). Guess which arrived first?! The alltricks order arrived within 5 days from France, meanwhile I'm still sat waiting now (13/02/26) for half of the headset I've ordered from Winstanleys.
After emailing them I was fobbed off with its a manufacturer delay. They never mentioned that when they took my cash, instead it said in stock on their website. They've delayed me fixing my bike and completely wasted my time.

Raleigh Motus Tour

The bike arrived in a damaged box. The battery cover was not on the bike. The brake pipes were kinked where they leave the levers. The crossbar was scratched and the front wheel was loose. I appreciate the causes of all of this are most likely to be an incompetent courier but I think you should be aware of the condition of the bike I received.
