Booked my tickets on line via the app 10 mins before the train journey. Very efficient processing and tickets in my in box almost immediately. Great service.

I went on line and ordered a Spider Aero rear bike rack to fit my full suspension mountain bike which was on offer with a good reduction in price. They were very efficient, confirmed my order and it was dispatched very quickly and I received it a few days later despite ordering on a Sunday. Very pleased with the quality of my rack and the service I got.

On this experience would highly recommend the booking system which was one phone call.

I have no problem with the service or quality of product as I have been going to the Kendal branch for many years but as a loyal customer and given improved technology, innovation etc. I object to paying £307 for a pair of prescription sunglasses and that’s with discount!!! I fear I must now look elsewhere as now I am retired and 66 years of age on pensions only this seems extremely unfair and uncompetitive. Surely suffering with astigmatism and poorer eyesight should not justify such expense.
