Viking are great, but their delivery company DX are rubbish. Failed to deliver my packages twice and lied about having left a calling card.

My first order came the next morning and no charge. Delivery person rang the doorbell to let me know he was there.
Very friendly. The staff, when I placed my order, were very efficient and helped me with the correct measurements in purchasing the right boxes.

Always reliable
Always reliable, and with goods arriving in better conditon that from some couriers. Beware of obstructing downstairs doors by puttng items ditectly in front. These doors are all potential FIRE EXITS.

Inevitable that they arrived smashed.
Time spent contacting their customer services
Phone calls -3 ( 1hr 15mins ) don’t get through.
3 emails to customer service without any reply.
Having to resort to a bank charge back.
I’m a first time customer to Viking and you smashed it - LITERALLY!

Fake discount
I liked the item I purchased and delivery was good. However, the pricing was confusing. The website advertised a percentage discount for new customers. I input the code at payment and it appeared to work but I was charged full price. I would use them again but proceed with caution as any discount offered could be fake.

The shipping was incredibly quick!
I bought quite a big whiteboard 120x90. Its great and arrived without any dents and was easy to put up, great product.
I also bought their own brand whiteboard markers to go along with the whiteboard, although they are very pigmented I find they are harder to rub off than some of my other even cheaper whiteboard pens and the colours (green and red) tend to leave a bit of a tinge of colour after being rubbed off which I then need to further rub with some water.
Overall the shipping and products are excellent and I'm glad that I was able to order them to help with my studies!
