We always get good service from Viking Direct and the orders are delivered on the date notified.
The one small complaint we have is that the contact you have for this company Trevor Mearns, retired 5 years ago, the new contact is Ian Stonehouse.

I placed an online order and right at the final click of checkout before I even had time to notice it an additional cost of £3.95 'Protection Plus' was added to my order without my consent or buy in. I had no need for this and feel cheated out of my money which was a purchase I was making on behalf of a not for profit organisation. Disgraceful way to do business and my customer service online submission was ignored.

To be honest I am normally quite passive with deliveries but I needed an item quickly so this experience has been frustrating, I don't mind getting lied to about one failed delivery attempt when I am at home but three messages like this over three days is not acceptable especially when you cannot call DX. Keep getting an email from DX saying attempted delivery and they allegedly left a card for last 3 days. They have not turned up any of the days or left any cards. Supposed to be next day delivery. Not ordered from this company for over 3 years and didn't have this problem before. Took 40 mins for Viking Customer Services to pick up and I have asked them to cancel the order and let DX deliver it back to them. Wont be ordering anything again.

Very quick delivery. Neat little packets, very reasonably priced.

New shredder arrived damaged and non functioning. Box bashed and left in front garden with my glass recycling.
Viking apologised and arranged a return and replacement immediately Guy at customer services very polite and helpful.

Have not yet received. Didn’t receive any notification of delivery time.

I don't understand why there seems to be a problem with every order we place. Received black markers instead of red and an item in a box that looked like it had been ravaged by mice. Viking really do need to do better.

It's easy to return items, which is a plus for them.

Since Raja, though, order value for free delivery has increased from £30 to £89 and you need to spend £100 to get a free pack of Maoams. They used to be very competitive on price but I'm seeing them edged out of our ordering process.
