Do not recommend at all - non existent customer service
Office used Viking many years ago in old employment had great experience then so thought I’d use them for some personal bits. However after setting up a personal account it initially accepted discount code, then when processing charged fulled price. 2x contact forms sent with no response. Then item wasn’t delivered on time and courier DX states it was delivered 5days late however it hasn’t been. They have advised to contact Viking to rectify. Another contact forms sent sent. No reply.
Really poor / non existent customer service and now have hassle of ongoing trying to contact them. They’ve lost a customer which is a shame. I do not recommend

Great choice of products
Great choice of products sold at very competitive prices quick’ish delivery, the only part of the whole process that stops a 5 star review is the delivery time frame given by DX courier, a window of 9 hours is terrible, most other couriers give a 2 hour window.

Delivery atrocious
Delivery atrocious. Wasn’t in on original delivery date but had left safe place details - not left. Booked alternative delivery date (twice) stayed in waiting only to find their courier DX had changed the date to over a month away!

There is a problem with delivery and I…
There is a problem with delivery and I need the shipment number of my order, Viking have not given me a shipment number, therefore, I can’t connect with DHL to rearrange my delivery.
Also, Viking have not given me an invoice number, therefore, I cannot connect online with Viking and no one from customer services is answering the phone.
I am at a loss as how to receive the parcel that I have paid for?!
