3rd order in under a year damaged , incorrect and delayed. Always DX your couriers issue and it always cost me time , hassle and having to deal with customer services to get it corrected. Change your courier and put the delivery system under your own banner so you can show more care and attention to your customers !!!

tricking customers out of money
I placed an online order and right at the final click of checkout before I even had time to notice it an additional cost of £3.95 'Protection Plus' was added to my order without my consent or buy in. I had no need for this and feel cheated out of my money which was a purchase I was making on behalf of a not for profit organisation. Disgraceful way to do business and my customer service online submission was ignored.
