We had compatibility problems with a cartridge in our home printer and emailed Cartridge People's helpdesk for advice. Melanie picked up the query, worked with us to confirm the source of the problem and then arranged for a replacement cartridge to be sent. She was polite, unfailingly helpful and took time to explain everything clearly. Within 24 hours of our initial contact, the cartridge was delivered and worked immediately upon installation.

I can't speak highly enough about the customer service at Cartridge People. They are always quick to respond, friendly, and technically proficient at troubleshooting problems. I've been using their own brand laser toner for several years now and been very happy with it. Recently, I had problems with one toner cartridge which started leaking toner powder. After a few quick emails with George I was sent a replacement toner cartridge the very next day! I always get the impression that they take great pride in the products they sell and in looking after their customers. I highly recommend them.
