Your driver did not attempt to let us know that she was delivering a parcel. NO KNOCK ON DOOR! NO RING ON BELL! JUST LEFT IT ON STEP UNTIL WE NEXT WENT OUT. As we are pensioners, we only go out once or twice a week shopping, SO IT COULD HAVE OUT THERE FOR DAYS.

Left outside door.
My wife (76) and I (82) were standing in our hallway and saw a car light flash on to our front door (which has glass panels ). I opened the door and found your parcel leaning on the step ( in the pouring rain ). There was no sign of your van or driver.
If it had not been for that cars headlight, the parcel would have been outside ALL night.
