Wonderful shop at Seven Dials in London. The staff are delightful and extremely knowledgable. I love their products, Gabriel is my favourite scent.
I have contacted their HQ/website contact a couple of times. They have responded but more factual and took 2-3s to get a reply.
Regardless, love the products. Yes, possibly a bit over priced but doesn’t stop me buying now and again!

The clothes are nice and good quality but the return service and response is very poor.
My return was delivered on 18th July. I didn’t receive any acknowledgment of receipt until 24th and then told 14days. The 14 days in theory is fine but their website does state 14 days from receipt, so there is a gap from 18th when it was delivered.
I have sent a couple of chasers and have had no reply at all. Very disappointing.

The booking process for vouchers is easy and a good choice. However, when not received after 6 working days the attitude of the customer service team was disappointing. As they don’t use a tracked service when you order a physical gift card and gift box, they firstly told me to wait to the next day- there are only so many days you can wait with 1st class mail! Then they tell me to contact Royal Mail. Having repeatedly told them as not a tracked service there is nothing RM can do ( I did confirm this with my local sorting office).
Whilst I wouldn’t not recommend Spa Breaks, heaven help you if your gift card doesn’t turn up. I have just gone with the digital version which is fine, but not quite as exciting as a pretty gift box. Will sort out my own.
I hope the refund of the box/postage is dealt with a bit more efficiently.

Staff always super helpful and give honest advice.

Easy registration process, prompt invoicing process and lower monthly charge rate than some other Umbrella companies. I have used Smartwork.com a couple of times when working inside iR35 and always found them helpful.

Engineers has been before and very conscientious and thorough. Yes there is a monthly outlay but think for piece of mind it’s worth it and definitely when bigger problems arise due costs or labour/parts and even replacements covered by the Home Care arrangement. It has in the long run saved me money.

Engineer was great, very thorough and clearly wanted to do the job well.

Engineers are always courteous, friendly, respect my property and offer advice/recommendations. Never had any probs with British Gas and the Homecare Service is good value for when things in the house do break down /not work.

Simpson Travel are a first rate company offering excellent service and properties of a high standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and indeed have done already to colleagues and family members.

Good prices and excellent customer service. Leah in particular was really good when I had a problem with a product and really went out of her way to resolve.

Used for my wedding gift list and recommended to others. Simple to set up, to order when buying for a couple and hood range. Also easy to add custom products. Staff are quick to respond and helpful and my gifts were delivered on time as planned. Very happy with service, they take care of everything.

I have bought some faux flowers and they look lovely, also the Massimo vessel and Dara candles, shame others have been disappointed. Delivery was about 4 days but well wrapped.
Not sure if I would buy larger items without viewing in person but smaller accessories, dried flowers and vases are lovely.
