What a great thing The Conqueror is. A multitude of challenges to fit all levels of fitness, all ages, all sizes and sexes.To be done in you own time - midnight, midday doesn't , and the challenges can be done in various ways - whatever your go at or enjoy or want to improve.
Great support on the online app and friendly online support groups you can join if you wish to. Even a medal at the end of each challenge if you want one.
Give it a go like I did and I bet you'll be hooked.

Just finished my first Challenge , I haven't ever known anything to motivate me to keep going like this . The joy of seeing your hard work on the screen not just a set of numbers but a map and pictures of your trail is very gratifying. If you want to try something new to motivate you whatever your age ( i'm in my seventies) give it a go.
