I ordered a Christmas gift via Tesco…
I ordered a Christmas gift via Tesco marketplace. It was "delivered" in a reasonable enough time by Evri but unfortunately they left the package outside my office address and it went missing. My office is on a busy High Street and even though the delivery was during office hours the courier made no attempt to come inside and instead thought that it was acceptable to leave it on the doorstep and take a photo of it!
Evri washed their hands of the situation advising me to contact the retailer and when I contacted Universal Textiles/Pertemba they simply hid behind Evri's photo evidence and advised that "regrettably, because the courier has provided proof of delivery, we are unable to offer further support with this issue. This is our final decision with this matter."
Truly ridiculous. I have bought something that I have not received and Universal Textiles will not take responsibility

J'ai bien pris note de la réponse du service clientèle, en date du 7 juillet 2025 et je le remercie.
Cependant, il semblerait que le colis est en cours de dédouanement depuis le 24 juin 2025 au vu des informations transmises sur le site de la poste locale du pays de destination. En aucun cas, il apparait que le colis a été pris en charge par le transporteur.
Pour rappel, en date du 15 juin 2025, j’ai effectué une commande d’un maillot de bain.
Les conditions générales de vente stipulaient que la livraison devait avoir lieu dans un délai maximum de 5 à 12 jours ouvrés (commande expédiée le 17 juin 2025).
Or, je n’ai toujours pas été livrée à la date du 8 juillet 2025 malgré plusieurs relances auprès du site (relance en date du 2 juillet 2025 et du 6 juillet 2025).
Je demande donc au site d’annuler ma commande et de me rembourser la somme de 27,15 €. La loi prévoit que le vendeur reste responsable du colis perdu à l’égard du client, peu importe la faute du transporteur.

Wenn ich könnte würde ich am liebsten garkeinen Stern vergeben. Absolut unterirdisch, Ware kommt aus England. Ich hatte 3 Jacken bestellt, die erste kam nach ca 2 Monaten erst an!!! Die anderen zwei wurden erst garnicht geliefert!!! Angeblich auf dem Versandweg verschwunden, nicht das ich lache. Einmal und nie wieder werde ich da was bestellen.Das einzig positive war, das ich das Geld über Paypal zurück erstattet bekam. Aber natürlich die Versandkosten von 3,95€ nicht!!!!! Mein Tipp, bestellt dort nichts!!!

Purchase and delivery was no problem but the quality of the men’s long black socks was terrible. My husband has worn them since purchase and every pair tried will not stay up and they twist around the foot. The material is very poor quality.
I purchased the socks for my husband based on the reviews for the socks but they must all be telling porkies.
These are the worst set of socks ever purchased and will sadly be going in the bin!
They were cheap to buy and as the saying goes buy cheap get cheap 🤨

Ordered grey cushion, received brown....no use to me!
I ordered a grey cushion cover and received a brown version. I immediately responded by email and sent photo evidence. This is the response I received:
"As per your inquiry, I have reviewed the order details and see that you have placed an order(Furn Ezra Cushion Cover, Colour: Grey, Size: One Size).
I can see that the same item is delivered to you.
I have also attached images of the item as displayed in our system and the dispatch note for your reference." The photo they attached was a photo from their website, not a photo from the package about to be sent to me. According to them, case closed! I'm not happy and I have no use for a brown cushion cover, and not prepared to pay for something I have not ordered. They are calling me a liar whilst taking my money!

Ich habe über Kaufland.de Bettwäsche bei dem Verkäufer gekauft, die ich einem Jungen zum Geburtstag schenken wollte.
Das Paket sollte zwischen dem 10.05 und 15.05.24 kommen. Leider kam das Paket erst 5 Tage später, am 20.05.2024 und der Geburtstag war bereits vorbei.
Auf Nachfrage bei dem Unternehmen teilte man mit, dass ich die Bettwäsche zurückschicken kann aber die Rücksendung selbst zahlen muss. Es würde als normale Sendung gehen aber auch als Päckchen mit Sendungsverfolgung.
Aufgrund der eh schon vielen agefallenen Kosten (Versandkosten etc.) die ich nicht erstattet bekomme, habe ich mich für einen Versand ohne Sendungsverfolgung entschieden.
Als ich eine Woche später nach der Rückzahlgun fragte, teilte man mir mit, dass das Paket nicht angekommen sei und ob ich nicht ein Paket mit Sendungsverfolgung genommen habe. Eine Rückerstattung könne somit nicht erfolgen.
Somit sitze ich nun da, ohne Bettwäsche, mit Zusatzkosten für ein "Last-Minute-Geschenk" für einen Jungen, zweimal Versandkosten und den Warenwert der Bettwäsche und bekomme hiervon nichts erstattet.
Absolut nicht professionell oder kundenfreundlich.
Hier bestelle ich nie nie wieder.

Abzocke. Ich habe einen Artikel über Kaufland bestellt. Den southpark Rucksack. Er war viel zu klein also hab ich ihn zurückgesendet. Ich musste die Rücksendungen selber bezahlen, die Ware kam an was ich laut DHL App beweisen kann aber sie behaupten die Ware wäre nie angekommen. Geld wurde abgebucht aber ich hab keine Ware. Ich kann jedoch sehen, dass wir am 16.04 eine volle Erstattung bearebitet haben welches auch auf Kaufland ersichtlich ist. Danke

Die Ware mag nicht schlecht sein, aber wenn man rücksendet, zahlt man €10.- Porto und dann werden einem nochmal €2,50 für den Anfangsversand vom Erstattungspreis abgezogen. Absolute Frechheit. Nie wieder.

Hallo, es tut mir leid dass es Probleme mit der Retoure gab. Die Geschäftsbedingungen der Rückgaben sind auf dem Marktplatz deutlich angegeben. Ich kann jedoch sehen, dass wir aus gutem Willen bereits eine Erstattung der Porto Kosten bearbeitet haben.
Awful experience
Awful experience. Wasn't clear they shipped from the UK, got charged an international transaction fee despite it being a com.au site and me paying in AUD. Then I received the shoes and they were literally the wrong shoe and absolutely massive. I sent a picture of the shoe I received and my order confirmation to customer service telling them to refund me and I got a response saying I received the correct shoe because the dispatch order had the "correct" name of the shoe. No bother to check their own website where there are two different shoes under the same name where selecting 'black' will get you one with laces and 'brown' will get you a completely different shoe. Not my problem that you've set the website up like that if you can't differentiate the two shoes from the colour selection?? Had to threaten to go through PayPal to get a refund.

J'ai bien pris note de la réponse du service clientèle, en date du 5 février 2024 et je le remercie.
Cependant, il semblerait que le colis est en cours de dédouanement depuis le 26 janvier 2024 au vu des informations transmises sur le site de la poste locale du pays de destination. En aucun cas, il apparait que le colis a été pris en charge par le transporteur.
Pour rappel, en date du 16 janvier 2024, j’ai effectué une commande d’un t-shirt.
Les conditions générales de vente stipulaient que la livraison devait avoir lieu dans un délai maximum de 5 à 12 jours ouvrés (commande expédiée le 23 janvier 2024).
Or, je n’ai toujours pas été livré à la date du 5 février 2024 malgré plusieurs relances auprès du site (relance en date du 31 janvier 2024 et du 2 février 2024).
Je demande donc au site soit d’annuler ma commande et de me rembourser la somme de 21,04 € que j'ai versé soit de me renvoyer le t-shirt. La loi prévoit que le vendeur reste responsable du colis perdu à l’égard du client, peu importe la faute du transporteur.

What a great service from an outlet…
What a great service from an outlet I've never heard of.
I ordered The Trespass Audrey Padded Jacket in The colour Sandstone.
Never heard of Universal textiles, so it was a bot if a punt. As it was the only store that had it in stock, even Trespass didn't have the colour.
I read a lot of reviews that said the sizes were small so to order a size up, which I did, and glad I did!
Ordered on December 29th (free delivery) thinking being a Friday, and the New Year weekend, it would probably be about a week........It arrived on January 2nd. And I was informed of delivery information at every step.
To sum up then. Only one in the size and colour I wanted. Free Delivery, super fast service.
I will definitely use them again.
