They are horrible, inexperienced and big time FRAUDD!!!!!! Dont ask them for any repairs as they will make it more worst.THEY TOOK £300 for just to put ONE SHOT CHEMICAL and said they cant fix it just buy using one shot chemical. Job was completely Rip off. THEY WILL SAY THAT CALLOUT CHARGE IS £59 BUT ON ARRIVAL THEY WILL ADD HIDDEN CHARGES AND MAKE IT UPTO £198 LIKE PROPER SCAMMERS AND LESS COMPETENT TO EXPLAIN. DONT WASTE TIME AND MONEY ON THEM.

Service was good but prices are a complete rip off and agree with all scam scheme comments- we paid almost 1500 GBP for fixing a blocked toilet. A complete disgrace and exploiting desperate customers.

We had a huge water leak that started in the evening. We contacted First Response who scheduled a plumber to attend. We had to wait quite a while as it was Friday evening but the plumber, Tyrone, kept us up to date with when he would arrive.

Tyrone identified the problem, fixed a pipe and made recommendations for future.

We called them at midnight, explained the issue and they advised their 24/7 service would get us a plumber in 45min. We waited until 2am and called them again, nobody picked up, and we realised they have multiple contact numbers. No response in any of them, they are clearly scammers

Very helpful and found the issue with the boiler, plus more. Fixed it all and left everything working.

Very expensive boiler service. Do not use! Boiler service man did not manage to discover reason for leak, had to come back again as boiler started leaking again. Do not use this company!

£ 50 to state the obvious that we had a blocked drain ( which is what we told them)
We refused to proceed as the labour charge is exhorbitant plus an admin fee.
They threatened to charge me for the time taken to arrange a bank transfer as the plumber woukd not leave until i had the callout fee.
PLEASE USE ANY OTHER COMPANY.

I get the turn around and fees etc but we paid £1044 to change 2 O rings

Only know the hourly rate etc once they arrive. At which point kind of have no option. Have to email before starting to approve but it’s morally wrong

If you can go with someone else. The actual plumber who came out was really good and got the job done.

I had a very positive experience with First Response Plumbing. They replied quickly and arranged a visit without long waiting times. I had a problem with my boiler last night and I was alone with my newborn baby.I called these guys and they arrived within 1 hr . They were true professionals and explained everything clearly. Very respectful and made sure I felt comfortable with the work being done . The boiler is working fine now .

AVOID! Take a look at the Google reviews! It shows 1 star but on their website they got a picture with review of 4.9. Reputable company would not change their true ranking by placing fake review score in the corner of their webpage! Same with their service. Charge you £49 for a visit. Promise that you will pay not hourly but for the job. Until they are in your house. £460 +Vat !!! No cuts. If you refuse they get extremely aggressive and start to swear... If you don't want absolute nightmare, avoid this company.

Avoid this company! Their fees are £245 per hour!! Plus call out fee, plus overinflated material cost, plus 'admin fee'. The poor plumber was very nice, but can't justify the well over £1K charge for a few hours. When querying this to head office, they were very rude too and the Plumber didn't leave until payment was made. Will report to Trading Standards.

"No hidden fees" 270 per hour ,PLUS 15% admin ,PLUS vat .
billed in hour increments an hour and one min is 2hours . Plus 49 callout fee and £100 if uses jet wash. (didnt have keys to lift manhole cover) spent 10 mins trying with screwdrivers and molegrips after being told to knock it on the head .only stopped when i phoned the office and canseled job.
