Customer service are awful
Customer service are awful, been sending emails and going back and forth feel like I’m speaking to a brick wall, they have no idea what is going on. Pay the extra hundred quid and choose a company that can actually help you if you need to make a change

Failed in their duty to offer hassle and stress free insurance
Cancelled auto renew. (Have evidence). Thought no further of it. Then on sat 26th, opened some post, letter from Moja (arrived a couple of days earlier) to say insurance will automatically renew from midnight 26th and at double the price!! I was getting ready for attendance of a wedding..
Logged onto my account...no way of cancelling the auto renew...despite following the instructions, which were very awkward/non users friendly. I then couldn't phone anyone (Saturday closed) so sent an email to ask for immediate cancellation. Today I read an email confirming auto renew had been cancelled...joke. I had already cancelled. Your CRM system didnt update that id cancelled!! Caused unnecessary stress and makes me wonder how professional Moja really are if they cant get the basics right. Ac no: 16572559

I’ve been with Moja for a few years now…
I’ve been with Moja for a few years now and I can’t fault them to be honest. Every time I’ve had to contact them I’ve had a reply in good time and my account is so easy to mange and no extra charges for amending your policy as you do the ground work yourself. This year my policy was cheaper than the year before, that’s a first for me as policy’s normally get more expensive. I’ve had one no fault claim while with Moja and everything went as it should. I’ve just changed my car and updating my policy online was very easy and took all of five minute's from start to finish.

I have not renewed my Moja car…
I have not renewed my Moja car inturance for 3 reasons:
1.they more than doubled my premium from £570 to
£1260. I searched and found a more reliable insurer who insured my vehicle fro £560.00.
2.they did not want to re-adjust my premium and take into account a mistake made and later reccognised by my previous insurer, whch would haved lowered substantially my premium with Moja

3.they sent me a letter arriving today about a matter taking place in January 2026, the letter arrived on 23/09/26, 2 weeks after being issued and was contradicting the information I had received by email on Septmeber 14th 2026

Mojo Automatically renewed my policy. Unable to send message on website to cancel renewal before the start date. Unable to send email or contact through phone. I have managed to cancel online, but still want to charge £25 admin fee
