Do Not Take Out Home Emergency Covet.

Took out Home Emergency Cover, Had no electricity in the house. Ran the claim line to be be told an electrician would be here asap. I rang for an update to be told that they don’t have an electrician in my area and that it would 48 hours before anyone would get here to fix the problem. So basically nothing they could do for me. With insulin in the fridge and a freezer full of food. They really did not care and said that there was nothing they could do. End of. The customer service operator was rude showed no empathy and said it was not his fault that he could not find an electrician. In the end I found an electrician who came and resolved the issue. Would not take out this cover again
