You cannot communicate with them and when you cancel you're insurance they charge £52.5 which is high
I will never go to this company again RIP OFF.

The cancellation fee is stated in your Policy Wording before purchase & would be charged outside the 14 day cooling off period, I do apologise if you were not aware of this.
