Like a fool I didn't turn off auto…
Like a fool I didn't turn off auto renew like I thought I did. Went the renewal quote came in, I thought I turned off auto renew. I thought nevermind, you usually have a couple of days to cancel any...You don't, the new quote was twice as much as last year. Nothing had changed in my circumstances..What a piss take. So I'm now £25 lighter. MOJA I'm not impressed

Customer service are awful
Customer service are awful, been sending emails and going back and forth feel like I’m speaking to a brick wall, they have no idea what is going on. Pay the extra hundred quid and choose a company that can actually help you if you need to make a change
