Brought the Oslo hot tub as a replacement for my 3 year old Paris .
Great looking tub . Brought for the WIFI function .. very disappointed that can’t get this to work so WIFI light constantly flashes . Find it distracting when in tub so I have to push control panel downwards whilst using tub . Wish I had spent my money on a non WIFI tub now !!!! But too late .

Easy to order, arrived on time. The only downside I feel is the instructions; I think a non-practical person might struggle to understand them.

We love it , it’s very economical and keeps temperature far better than inflatable ones

We bought a San Francisco lazy spa a total cost of £ 1300

I have always had hard shells but recently moved so having been in my sisters Palma spa and loved it thought I’d buy this

What a mistake , the spa is awful , even worse the Customer service all online , you have to video the issue and send in videos , pictures and get nowhere , my issue is two fold the spa says it’s reaching temperature it does not , then even at any temperature as soon as the lid comes off it loses 5 degrees and goes cold if you put the hydro jets on the temp drops even quicker and you need these on for the lights

Lazy spa customer service is non existent they are online only all I want is a replacement not my money back or a switch to a model that’s cheaper as this one you cannot buy a thermal cover even all in all a waste

I don't normally leave a review however after reading so many negative reviews I thought I'd share my experience. My lazy spa pump broke with only one day warranty left I filled in the form and attached all the relevant photos/videos around 4pm. The next day I phoned to confirm they had received my warranty claim and to ask if they could ship the pump ASAP due to needing it this weekend for my daughter's birthday they advised they needed a video with me holding the lock button for 3 seconds which I sent. They confirmed the warranty and asked to upload a photo with the pump cable cut to prove it won't be used and to prove it was broken upon sending this I quickly received a confirmation that my pump had been dispatched and was out for delivery the next day. The whole process took 4 days from my initial warranty claim for me to receive the new pump. I am so happy with the service you have made a little girl very happy!! Thankyou for your quick response and for sending me the pump as quickly as you did!!

To be honest I can't remember what I bought as I have bought the ice bath and some other stuff but always I got it when stated and it was of great quality always happy to buy

My lay-z-spa Tuscany did not work properly the first time I used it, and in particular the app did not work. Customer services requested video footage that would show personal passwords. They accused me of failing the follow instructions when they were unable to resolve the issues. There were additional issues involving the clips and the cover. After 7 calls, and only 8 days after delivery, I wrote to them to reject the product under the consumer rights act 2015. They refused to process this and told me I could not communicate though email, but must use their portal to return the product and that it must be unused and in it’s original packaging. To deny their customers redress under the law is outrageous. I am happy to share the full text of my issues and of their response. I would urge anyone not to buy from this company

It’s not clear when purchasing how long it takes to heat up each time you want to use it. about 1.5. degrees an hour!!!

The cover is a pain as the middle air bag section keeps falling away from the the main cover.

We contacted Lazy Spa when we noticed a leak coming from the bottom of the pump (egg). We completed the warranty claim form and was contacted the very next day asking for photo/ video which we forwarded the same day . The very next day I received an email saying Lazy spa would send a replacement egg . Within 5 days the claim had been settled and we had our new pump . Super amazing service and very helpful . Thank you Lazy Spa team keep up the great work 👍.

I'm very happy with my new Oslo hot tub. It is very quiet whilst the pump is running and I'm already seeing savings in the amount of electricity used compared to the previous inflatable one I had - very pleased about that actually. It took over a week to arrive and I had to contact customer support to get info, they were very helpful and sorted out a tracking number which wasn't available from the website. The free starter pack (which did have a tracking number on the website) came promptly.
