Whilst each bag is labelled 40mm Mixed Slate BBG, some have hand-written Midnight Slate ;
I know that quarries are variable for colour, but these bags are very uniformly lighter grey, without much evidence of mixed ‘green’ and ‘plum’ slate.
I understand that mixed slate is cheaper, but it is certainly not mixed …..

When their delivery service , Evri, lost the delivery they were very prompt in resending the order.

I was most impressed with the process from quoting to installation . Slightly disappointed in the time taken to get DNO after installation, so that the exported energy could be earning, but the Christmas break was a factor.
As there seemed to be a few of their installations locally, W of S could have used logistics to reduce their travelling time for the installation teams, as they did for the scaffolding erection and dismantling.
The installation team were particularly efficient and pleasant considering their early start and long travelling time.
Alternative quotes were worse value, poorly explained and long lead times before installation.
A neighbour using a different company had considerable issues which took a long time to get resolved.

Delivery was made ahead of schedule, and so easy to fit.

Having had a problem with activation of the landline, Nathan was sympathetic and patient and persevered to find the solution, which was in-house as their engineer had forgotten a crucial step in the process, for which he was apologetic.
Altogether great customer service.

After being let down by a LoftZone installer I decided to buy the equivalent kit to do a DIY project.
It makes the scheme viable, though I still have to find time to do it. The kit maker also has a video online, so hopefully should be possible.
The ordering and delivery were trouble-free, and included all expected ….

Very efficient ordering and delivery.Golf shoes exceeded my expectation for comfort and fit, replacing previous Footjoys.
Sale price made them more viable, though still cost has risen since previous pair.
If only they could improve my golf swing !

Now disappointed that the selected product has a 'supply issue', and an inferior alternative offered instead. Summer tyre and not All-Season, and no saving. Awaiting reply from National Tyres

the website is so intuitive to use, and switching tariffs to maintain Super Green was so easy

Excellent service as usual, enhanced by the difficult circumstances to avoid queueing. The staff member was patient whilst my client considered the options and alternative costs quoted for Engineered flooring, before deciding and me placing the order. As there was not all the quantity available, he efficiently arranged the remainder from the next nearest Howdens. So useful to have more than one in the area.
