We recently bought a Lay-Z-Spa Oslo AirJet and are loving it. It's a step up from inflatable and holds its heat much better. We also bought extra insulation for it which I'm sure helps but once you get it up to the right temperature it's very cheap and easy to maintain. I love sitting in and watching the birds at the feeder. It's very relaxing.

Great tub, not so great WiFi
New hot tub arrived on time and we were kept informed regarding our order. Assembly wasn’t too difficult and like that the pump is super quiet.
The only downside is the WiFi connection and App are really really bad. The app doesn’t connect to the WiFi no matter what we try and the app is very clunky and unresponsive. To date, some 4 weeks since receiving the tub, we haven’t been able to connect to our home WiFi, in spite of setting up a range extender less than a metre away. Tub itself very happy with it and looking forward to maximising use thru the summer months.

Faulty product...bad claims handling
So decided to purchase a spa and did some research. Decided on a Hawaii Ultrafit model. Had for 5 weeks and in the bubble liner there was a hole and when the pumps come on it blast the water everywhere . So decided to talk to the retailer and advised to make a claim directly through Lay Z spa. Have spoken to Lay X Spa and uploaded pictures and videos and keeps getting rejected . Less then 2 months and it has a failure already. Customer service at the warranty have said that I potential need to remove the liner . The liner is built in and personally dont want to remove anything as dont want to make the issue worst. Very unimpressed

Ordering was easy the delivery was not!
ordering was easy the delivery was not. The day changed three times, the tub we ordered ended up lost - not like its a set of car keys is it!?! DX were the appalling delivery partner, no phone contact, no text service, no chat function on their website. Wasted 3 days at home waiting for the delivery to turn up, one day a van turned up but there was no hot tub on it. come on, check the van before it leaves the depot. When we got hold of lazy spa they resolved it in a week but we missed gifting this £500 present to my brother for his 50th surprise. No compensation offered :(
