DO NOT BUY !!!’

We bought a San Francisco lazy spa a total cost of £ 1300

I have always had hard shells but recently moved so having been in my sisters Palma spa and loved it thought I’d buy this

What a mistake , the spa is awful , even worse the Customer service all online , you have to video the issue and send in videos , pictures and get nowhere , my issue is two fold the spa says it’s reaching temperature it does not , then even at any temperature as soon as the lid comes off it loses 5 degrees and goes cold if you put the hydro jets on the temp drops even quicker and you need these on for the lights

Lazy spa customer service is non existent they are online only all I want is a replacement not my money back or a switch to a model that’s cheaper as this one you cannot buy a thermal cover even all in all a waste
Come on lazy spa your a huge company over Bestway given me a replacement

San Francisco faulty tub

I saved and bought a San Francisco spa after trying my sisters Palms Lay z Spa , the only reason I did not get this one was they were out of stock for so long .

I have had hard shell hot tubs for 25 years no problems but recently moved , we had to leave out tub as they are very difficult to move so thought I’d try a inflatable one given I loved my sisters ..
The San Francisco is more expensive than the Palma but a huge disappointment, the water does not heat up , I believe the pump and filter are not working , the floor of my sisters tub is cushiony but mine is flat , the water goes from 40 to 34 in 20 minutes , the filter needs replacing every few days
I called and here’s the problem nobody can help on the phone it a outsourced call centre and they want you to take a picture of the problem , please explain how you take a picture of the water not heating

I am not asking for a refund just a exchange to The Palma that’s all and to speak to someone from Lazy spa rather than the Bestway warranty team
Please help
