I absolutely loved the spa at first, but it quickly went wrong. Managed to use it about 2 months before I finally gave it all back and got a full refund. Customer service was brilliant so cannot fault them at all. If the product worked, I’d have been a very satisfied customer! 5 stars for the support, 2 stars for the product. Great concept just needs to be better. Such a shame as it has such potential. The problem - The heater kept throwing error codes, sent it back for an update. Came back and same issue. Sent a new heater completely and same issue a week later.
Great hot tub and great service. I was looking for something better than an inflatable one and so I chose the foam Guarda and it’s absolutely brilliant! I’m still working the chemical balance out (I’ve emptied twice as got it wrong) I’ve done some research now so third time lucky!

This is the second mattress I’ve had now, the first being a European single and then a European double. It’s for a spare bed but my daughter has a bad back so needs a firm mattress. This is very firm but has a soft touch feel. The cover helps to protect it and can be removed to be washed. Delivery was a reasonable time, arrived within a week. For a bespoke product that is very good service. Good communications around delivery too. Would definitely recommend this company.
Great app that is easy to you and you receive rewards for filling in surveys.

As always fantastic service and delivery and great cheeses. I chose the 5 Christmas picks this time, and my family all ordered one too. Tasty rich cheeses that always go down a treat. Ordered some new chutneys this time so will await opening and review them separately!
Went to customer services to collect an order and the lady said to go to the till (where there was a very large queue of about 8 people queuing for one till)! Customer service - non existent! Lady who served me on the till however was very helpful and polite. Would have been 4 stars if not for one Oder grumpy customer service lady

What I ordered (outdoor Christmas tree) Versus what I got (cheap string lights). Complete scam and when I asked for a refund the price to return is around the same price as the item ordered!! Avoid at all costs!!
Update; it took 5 months for a reply to ask me to email them. I have done so we shall see what the reply is

Really easy process to Send off my sample and the results were back very quickly too. I have started to remove things as recommended and it’s definitely made a difference! Well worth the money
Great quality products and fast delivery. The wooden toys are beautiful, they are all hand packed and sturdy. Great for little ones to learn with. Delivery estimates 3 days but arrived quicker. Great company, great pricing. I’ve seen less quality on other sites for a higher price, so definitely give jaques a go first!
